Sorry for such a n00b question, but I looked and couldn't find it.

Does merge/lock charge extra rake if you choose to "deal it twice" on a deal it twice table?

If I remember correctly (which I might not) tilt had this option, but they charged an extra dollar

Does merge charge anything extra?

I'm fairly certain there isn't any extra rake charge, although I'm still trying to verify that.
