You can now find the Bonus section under Admin in the Reports tab. I was relieved to see this was finally fixed and I could start playing again. Except that I have 2 stacked bonuses from before the move and now it's showing that I have no bonuses...

hmmm my bonuses dont show anything either.... just a little concerned they didnt apply the code to my deposit.

GL with that, I talked to shane about this two days ago, was told he was contacting the CEO to directly fix this, and have had no contact, no response are anything since.

Sent an email to general support, and it was returned because there Inbox was full LOL.

The dashboard is a disaster. The Report part is a mess saying the time is 4-5 hr ahead of the real time so you can't check your results. The Stats page is not updated regularly.

If I was Lock I would be embarassed. DId they really not have anything ready in time for this switch?

Ok, so as an update, I emailed both Emily and the general support email. Emily replied back in a few hours, BUT she didn't even know how much my bonuses were...the fact that they had to ask is very, very bad, how can they not know?! But I told her the amounts and within an hour she had gotten back to me saying "I will apply them ASAP." 19 hours later my Bonuses page is still blank. I sent her another email about 10 minutes ago asking if the bonuses had been applied yet, and will report back with her response.

Lock general support: Over 24 hours with NO RESPONSE.

Today I noticed a deposit bonus payment of $5...BUT...it is under the "Transaction Report" page and not the "Bonuses" report page. The Bonuses Report page is still empty and therefore I have no way to track bonus code, amount, paid amount and expiration. Fix please.

Same here. I'm getting the bonus payments under "Reports" but the bonus tracking doesn't show up under "Bonuses" tab. Not a big deal but after you fix other problems would be nice if you look into this so we can track our bonus progress easily.

Also, I'm on my way to Black Elite VIP but still no vault .

I am not recieving my bonus, either.
A few days ago, a $5 "Deposit Bonus" showed up in my Reports -> Transactions, but it never reached my cashier and then it disapeared, and now I'm seeing nothing at either location.
