Is there anything that can be done about players who use their entire timebank every hand?

I am in a $5 buy in tourney....and I am getting older quickly.

this is bad form but is it against the rules? what would you like them to do?

Shorten their timebank in the software if it's a chronic problem....the more often you do it...the shorter your timebank gets.

I mean, I understand that some of the regs multitable the micro tourneys...and that's fine...but only open as many as you can keep up with. I am playing one $5 tourney...and every single hand is taking an extra minute...that adds up.
