I contacted Lock in July in an attempt to confirm what type of delivery times you were quoting "new customers". I was quoted 4-5 week cash out times for a US customer using WU.
Are you denying Lock support has been quoting 4-5 week cash out estimates for at least the last month?
Why has Lock been quoting 4-5 week cash out estimates when they are taking much longer?
