Question 2

Enclosed is a list of items Lock's "top officials" agreed to fulfill in their discussion with Mason earlier this year. Why have items 3 and 4 not been fulfilled and moreover why has Lock (either through any of their "top officials") or through Shane made an official statement adressing the reason for their failure to carry out this task?
Just to make things clear, a new Lock representative did appear and make 1 single post after which he/she dissapeared, however the post presented absolutely no new information and the community was outraged that this was the detailed explanation of the issues and steps to resolving them.

Also for a role like 2+2 you need to be experienced with a great understanding of how the business works but you also need a lot of time to be able to read through a lot of threads and be taking in a lot feedback and seeking answers for those questions. It was clear that Joseph wasn't going to have the time to give his normal role and the 2+2 role adequate attention, with my extra responsibilities already being cleared to give me more time for this role it has been left to me to be solely responsible for the forum.

Going by the threads title I thought this thread was about the new rep Lock wanted to bring on but going by the posts 90% should be in the cashout Q thread.

Personally I think that Jopseh wouldn't have lasted a week on this board. Like Shane or hate Shane but he's been around long enough to handle this board and he's also used to being called a liar so it doesn't change anything for him.

Now a new rep would get ripped into bits the moment he hits this forum and just slips once. And apart from that what kind of informations do you expect to get from a new Lock rep? Anyone really think that a new rep would bring a magic change to cashout times, lock store and the general inanbility of Lock communicating with their customers?

Meh.. keep on dreaming. New rep.. same company, same CEO.

I think the forum would treat any new rep who came in here and just gave honest, straight answers. Nobody expects Shane or any rep to fix the problems, that is for other employees to do. But when you mislead or straight out lie well that is completely disrespectful to the players on the site.

I think Shane has so far done a pretty good job since the new Q&A has been put in place and is moderated by MH. Still standing my point that new or old rep you wouldn't get better answers from a new rep than you do from Shane.

yes thank goodness shane has finally decided to act in a semi-professional manner as a CS rep now that Mike Haven has agreed to come babysit his Q/A thread and spoonfeed him all the questions he pretended not to see before.

i'm sure MH is really enjoying donating his free time so that shane does not have to wade through the diabolical and relentless trolling that was causing him to overlook so many questions previously.
