Problem with White VIP level Problem with White VIP level

I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem with Lock that I am having. About 6 days into this month I reached White VIP level but never received any vault access and wasn't being given my daily cash rakeback. I waited a couple days to see if it changed and when it didn't I emailed support.

At first they sent me a response which was a link to the VIP program. I replied that my Monthly Gaming Rev at that point was almost 190 and that the bar on the admin page showed I was at White VIP level. So then they reply back a couple days later saying that they sent it to their techs and I should be updated soon. 3 days went by and I emailed again and got the exact same response that it was sent to the tech's and I should be updated very soon. 3 more days went by and I emailed them and I got the EXACT SAME RESPONSE. 3 times they said the exact same thing.

So now I am just waiting and trying this to see if I can get any type of action from these people. I am waiting for 3 more days and if nothing changes I'm going to pull my money and go play Carbon Poker.

Seems like I'm the only one having this problem so I'm wondering if I am or if others have experienced this.

Their customer support sucks can only wait till they get it done.. they'll probably end up repaying you all lost RB $'s though.

Hey Chaz$$, Agree with Mccormick. Support is very lacking. I have had to contact support for a number of different reasons. Response is very slow. With that being said. All issues pertaining deposites, bonuses, and VIP have eventually been sorted out. Give them some time and contact your congressman to get US legislation passed. Good Luck.
