I think there is a recurring problem with the software... There is no late registration available on many of the tournaments that should have it. It happens to me about every other day, and I have to keep logging in and out until finally it gives me the option to register late.. Does anyone else encounter this?

Support have been unable to replicate your problem and have asked if you have the tournament IDs of the tournaments you were trying to register by chance?

If not and you see this again please record the tournament ID and take a screenshot.

I can echo that this is a problem. I dont have specific tourney IDs or a screenshot, but I see this probably once a day. A tournament that started 5 minutes ago will be listed as 'Running' and there is no register button. It can often be fixed by closing and re-launching the client, at which point the tourney shows up as 'Late Reg' as it should, but sometimes it takes several attempts. However this is not always a feasible solution if you are in the middle of other tournaments or have other issues

Will do. I will keep an eye out and take a screenshot the next time it happens. Yesterday, I know it happened with poth PLO Hi/LO tourneys and a few others that i can't recall. but if it happens again i will take a screenshot and forward details to you. Thanks for looking into it!

I'm a low stakes reg and can confirm that this is a problem. Right now i'm looking at my lobby and tournaments that started less than a half hour ago are "running" and there is no late registration available.

I'm a little annoyed that you asked the above poster for a screen shot. It should say "LateReg XX". Instead, it says "Running". This does not require a screenshot. Logging out and logging back in usually fixes it. This does not require a screenshot either.

The only reason you would need a screenshot is if you didn't believe us or didn't care about customer input. Quit being lazy and fix your ****. It's bad enough that your software is so broken I can't even read the size of the pot or the size of anyone's stack or bet when i resize the windows to smallest. Now i have to log off and back in just to register in tournaments? Fix it or i'm sending my thousands in rake to merge.

for extra laughs, zoom in. upon painstaking close inspection, you will probably come to the conclusion that the pot reads 500...

is this some kind of a level? These problems have been ongoing since the release of Cake 2.0, which is what years... And you are telling us that your tech people are not aware of this?

I have been without late registration for several days. Using mac.

There has been an issue with late registration hasnt been displaying in the lobby correctly but you could still register.

Can you take a screenshot of what you see on a tournament with late reg and post it here?
