I can guarantee you that he has no access to "information".
He has access to empty promises and false explanations that were meant to let the pros with a conscience sleep better while staying aboard this sinking ship.
I don't think he's a bad kid, but is just naive and too trusting, and definitely in denial.
It is very easy to be led to a conclusion that you want to see reached.
When I used to visit chat rooms years ago, I remember there were "women" who were very clearly men in disguise. The signs were quite obvious that these "hot chicks" were fake, but I found that certain guys were in denial about this, and in fact lashed out at me when I tried to tell them the truth. I came to learn that these otherwise hetero guys would rather stay the course and continue their online romance with the phony "woman" than be forced to admit to themselves that they had been hot-chatting a dude for several months.
So that's basically where guys like PrimoridialAA stand right now. He could use common sense and realize that Lock has degenerated into a Full-Tilt-like scam, but that would require coming to terms with the fact that he represented such a shady company, as well as continued promoting them for months after being made aware of what was occurring. It's much easier for him to simply close his eyes, believe what Jennifer told him, and hope everything turns out okay.
