I mean this is pretty self-explanatory. Why do you guys sign on a major pro instead of using those funds to actually help pay us? Cash out times have been ridiculous even for US sites post-BF and support to the most severe problems has been awful. Luckily for p2p transfers, there is some hope of getting funds out at 70-80 cents on the dollar, but its still absurd.

I think this thread should have two functions: not only to inform Lock Poker that we (the users, the customers) disprove of its tactics and wasting of our money, but also a message to the so-called "pros" that are sponsored by this site- if you are sponsored by something, that means you personally believe in it, and shouldn't take blank checks just for the sake of the extra buck, when that is coming at the expense of the community that has allowed for you to succeed.

I agree. We should all tweet to those pros and ask them to put pressure on Lock to improve. Screw it, I'm gonna making a thread right now.

As per the other thread, this isnt a case of money that would be used on cashouts being used on signing a pro.

The two are unrelated.

How do the unpaid and unhappy customers know that? I respect the Grinders game and that's cool that he wants to represent Lock, but does he know how back end processing is moving at a snails pace keeping many customers miserable and angry?? Not bashing you Shane just wondering

Op the two are not related. The company still needs to make business decisions that are beneficial.

You should be glad they are able to bring in better than usual pros to Rep the site.

The Rep of LOCK is hurt much more by not paying in proper fashion than it is helped by having 'pros'. If I wanna watch 'pros', I rail FTP.

hiring "grinder" is the worst thing you could do . It tells the US players " hey we know we suck at cashing out but instead of fixing it we will hire a well known pro to save face"

Real classy Lock ...just one self destruction after another everyone needs to bail on this site ASAP

Yeah this is BS now. I have been told 4 times my check was sent via fed ex. Well over 90 days has passed and still no check. They continue to make up excuses that make no sense. I have heard everything from I am in the US, their processors are working hard to get money out, and the holidays caused additional delays. Everytime I forward their own e mails and ask why they are not telling me the truth Lock and its team of jokers refuse to reply. This is the same reponse everytime I ask about the check that was sent 4 times already... The only thing that ever changes is the persons name on the bottom of the e mail. There is a long history with Jennifer Larson the CEO @ Lock Poker and I don't think that history is good. She has many shady things that have happened in her past regarding poker, players, payouts, and fair gaming. Lock is not able to pay players because it is mis managed and the funds are not available to pay people. I will never deposit money on this site ever again and highly recomend if you are going to play at Lock Poker you do your homework. They are refusing to pay people and acknowledge e mails regarding payments

Sometimes I wonder why they just can't credit the funds back to my credit card. I agree they say it will be sent, they should be able to provide a tracking number. This is absurd.

You should probably tell that brand new luxury vehicle with the expensive price tag to take his Full Tilt Poker photo off of the background of his Twitter account. You should also probably make it ****ing illegal for him to have an affiliate account (Grindonlock.com) and be able to further profit off of a site whose players can't even do just that without waiting until their next birthday. But who am I to tell you how to run a successful, moral business? You're doing it just fine.
