Merge Gaming Malta Ltd was recently granted a LOI for a Class 4 Platform license by the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority. Based on this Merge allowed it's licensees, including Lock Poker, to display the LGA logo on their site once they had opted in to the agreement and updated their Terms and Conditions on site.

Merge Gaming Malta Ltd is now working with their Key Official in Malta to resolve issues that have arisen in the past two days. Merge Gaming Malta Ltd can also confirm that Lock has in fact provided all required documentation to Merge Gaming Malta Ltd in relation to this process.

Lock always has and continues to conduct its operations under licenses from multiple jurisdictions. Lock has been pro-active in assisting Merge Gaming Malta Ltd to address the Malta issue and this should be resolved shortly.

So what is the status now? Don't you think it is either time for an update, or you to remove that Malta LGA logo from the Lock site?

Last I knew the attorneys for Lock/Merge were dealing with it. I'll see if there is any further status update I can provide.

Thanks, I read through. It appears LGA is saying that this license is still pending but not finalized yet. From their wording it sounds like this applies to all of Merge, and not just your skin which they singled out in that presser a couple weeks back.
