So sad that a company cares so little about their customers that when a problem like this occurs, they won't acknowledge in any way that there is even a problem. They have a Twitter account that they can use to let their customers what is going on, but don't. They only use it to give congrats to tourney winners like they did just a few minutes ago. And it's not like they don't know we are all here on 2+2 wanting answers, but noone is ever here to post anything. They could at least say something like "We are aware of the issue and are working on it", but they won't even do that. If they don't care, why should we? I've already gone back to playing 75% of the time on Merge. It's about to be 100%. Lock, problems happen, but you have to stop keeping your customers in the dark and ignoring them at times like this. Your unprofessionalism is the reason you are losing me as a customer, and it's the reason that i am sure you are losing others as well.

SHANE - whats protocol here for us to receive our money. I signed up for a bunch or tournies and im not sure which one and which ones arent popping up im blinding out of many of them and obviously misisng hands so even if the tables pop up my tournament has been compromised. I would like most of them refunded

As I said earlier if any hands were missed by anyone during this problem then the tourney should be canceled and buy-ins refunded. Anything other than this is unethical

back up to running again, despite the essential disappearance of a level. I'd be amazed if lock ever recovers from this, primarily due to the complete lack of communication with players while this was going on. A simple acknowledgement of what was going on would probably have kept a significant portion of those who will inevitably leave now from going.

Just shoved and now it's lagged again, lol. If I end up somehow getting $0 from this tourney I'm not sure if I'll play on Lock anymore. Half my BR is on Carbon anyway. I just enjoyed having different options at different times and what not.

Yeah, the cancelled hand was pretty crazy. Guy on our table had shoved and the hand was cancelled before it even got all the way around.

Only way for them to save anything is to cancel all these tournies, refund buy-ins, fix the problem and reschedule the tournies. The ones that were able to stay on or re-connect and cash will argue, but it is the only fair and smart decision to make. It is all on Lock now to do the right thing if they want to remain a player in the online market
