There were 2 distinct points of terrible lag. At the start of this thread Lock did indeed pause the tournament, this made the site error manageable. You can find all that in the thread too.

Yes, I have a hard time believing a large % of the field is compromised when 100% of my table was able to return within a 1min window of my return. If even 10% of the field were still experiencing issues, would that not be represented at my table (assuming it was 10 handed, I cannot remember if it was 10 or 9).

When I see 100% of my table take their entire time bank on pre flop decisions I also know something is wrong with the site. Just analyzing the information as presented to me, buddy.

And for the record, you're a total misogynist.

When I came back from the initial lag, 7 players were sitting out and it remained that way for 20 minutes or so then one at a time they came in over the next 30 minutes or so. This created a very agressive push/fold mentally that not would have occurred under a normal deep stack tourney

Why can't I see the tournament lobbies from all the canceled events from 07/08/12?

If you think that 10% of the tournament couldn't have been affected because all 9 or 10 people at your table weren't then I would love to take you up on your offer to play me

I have learned my lesson during the week while playing on lock, constantly being booted but it seemed to happen more when playing 3 or more tables. i cut down my volume on the site to try and avoid the tilt from being booted as often as i was . I just wish lock would get their stuff together and soon because it is becoming increasingly annoying.

hahaha, looks like they've officially given up on trying to seem like a competent poker site. their policy at this point is probably: "if people are still playing here they'll clearly put up with anything so why bother?"

in locks defence it does take time to get servers and software sorted, but if you guys all look, the guys who satelited into the 100ker have all been given another ticket for this sunday so you have been compensated.

Where is the info that those who satellited in have been given another ticket? As far as i saw only those who reached the cancellation stage were reimbursed

How did they decide who to comensate? I haven't received a compensation yet and I was affected by the issues, too.

Edit recognized the post above and is a little pissed that only the ones still playing when it was cancelled got compensated...

I still have only recieved $70 from the $400-$500 thats owed to me. Also, none of the tournaments or cash games are loading for me in the lobby, Cant see a single game. Is anyone else having this problem?

still no refund or contact other than the generic email that everyone got, but games seem to be operating as usual today, no issues here. i'd like a refund for all of the tourneys i played between 4-8pm, but expect nothing.

oh well, guess i wont play sunday tourneys anymore.
07-09-2012 , 01:47 PM
Yeah, this is happening again same as yesterday evening. No lobby will load, Tourney, Ring, Sit n Go

Rizen logs on, then completely ignores the massive **** up that was the Sunday 100k, by answering any non-pertinent questions available. Shane logs on at 10 am to look around at this mess, then runs away.

Lock customer support in a nutshell.

Shane, I sent you atleast 2 pm's yesterday. Your job as customer service rep is to attend to the needs of the players. You should re-name your job title to Prima Donna of Affiliate Marketing, because it better suits you.

anyone still having issues? is it safe to play yet? at least as safe as playin on Lock can be

Could Lock Poker please explain as to how they came to the conclusion to finally cancel the 100k?

Why did it take so long to cancel the tournament when it was compromised for so long?

Can I have a report as to what happened on Lock's end with time stamps so we can all have an official point at which tournaments were nullified?

Why have you paid the players who were remaining when you officially canceled the tournament? Isn't this hasty? Shouldn't you all identify any players whose tournament was ruined by your software and compensate accordingly?

Has Lock really given out tickets to all those who free rolled their way in? Or are these tickets for the +100 or so that finished out of your cancelation bubble?

Can I please have access to the tournament lobbies of all the canceled events yesterday with time stamps on bust outs?

Will Lock please officially step forward and clarify what the hell happened, how they intend to reconcile their issues with the players who were playing at the time, and how they intend to prevent such issues moving forward?

I'm not playing on Lock until this is all resolved to my satisfaction and I hope all players are doing the same.

hi tranny, basically I went out of the tourney (lost chips still during disconnect) but I free rolled my way into it, and have got another ticket for the next 100k'er, and all the names in the 100 + players registered are the existing freeroll winners I had played with saturday night, so yes all the free rollers are back in automatically. As they have cancelled the tournament late in when people had grown their stacks, they will still refund everybody who bought in, they have to, you cant cancel a tournament not pay anyone then not give them refunds.

I am confused why Lock can act this way, and still have its own forum on 2plus2. They effectively stole 55 dollars from me yesterday, and I don't get why their are no repercussions for this. I mean can we not get some kind of mod to demand an answer out of these ****s.

I don't understand customer service won't answer any emails. what a joke. just another bunch of crooks
