no 109 refund for me, even though I still had 50k at 2.5k/5k when it crashed last with 117 left ( i think that many)

Has this been happening a lot since Lock left Merge? This is my first time playing on a Sunday since they switched and this really sucks obv. At least cancel the tournies so that I can go to dinner.

I have an extra $750 or so in my account, I was in the $550. It still shows as paused tho. Not sure what is going on.

the $200+15 - 15k guarantee just got cancelled with 17/98 players left! Wow!

It's been horrible since they left Merge. I have problems registering for certain tournaments regularly, and when I email them, they tell say they aren't having problems and it must be my fault. I've been playing on lock since black friday and never had issues until they left merge. I think I'm done playing there. I'll just stick with Carbon.

Here's their MTT cancellation policy from the site:

MULTI-TABLE TOURNAMENTS: If a Tournament is cancelled because for technical reasons, any players who were eliminated prior to cancellation will lose their buy-in and entry fee. Remaining players will be refunded:

All remaining players will be refunded their entry fee

All remaining players will be refunded their buy-in and the total amount of refunded buy-ins will be subtracted from the remaining prize pool.

The remaining prize prize pool is then distributed amongst the remaining players: 50% distributed equally and 50% distributed based on stack size at time of shutdown.

I just got paid like $500. That seems about right with the cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy seems decent. For me and my situation at least.

well many of my tourneys for the day were not cancelled and ppl were forced to shove and do things that compromise the tourney play will they refund those people?

: / I haven't been refunded. I wonder if this is because I registered for the 109 an hour before it started then unregistered shortly after, being uncertain if I could play. When I found out I could I re-registered for it. If they're refunding I want my money. : (

dag i wish i stuck around in the 10K... not blaming Lock for my bad play but I tilted my chips off very quick after all that bs............I still see no refund

This should be done from the time the problems started around the first break, if they decide that canceling it now is the solution then they are just trying to save cash which means bad thing to those looking for payouts

The $530 still shows as paused with everything else cancelled. I hope it comes back. I honestly rather play it out and I only have like 20bb

i dont think anyone has actually been refunded.. they are just saying they expect to be refunded that amount..

Check your cashier. I was in 3 tournaments, 1 was cancelled.

My reports say that I was given a refund and some winnings, but it was actually taken OUT of my cashier instead.

The money that I won in the other 2 has not shown up either.

My cashier balance is now less than what the buy-ins originally should have subtracted, and I placed in all of them.
