I still haven't gotten any refund from the smaller $10 and $5 I was multi tabling. Anybody get refunds for the smaller MTTs?

i can't even register for anything now. it brings up the dialog box but where you click for the amount is grayed out and you can't click anything.

i got compensated some 30$ for the entire day? that cant be right i want a Full Refund for the entire day, this is absurd to be down one the day when everyone of my games was effected..

Although I disagree on "at least get their buyin back." Tournaments should be canceled based on when Lock started experiencing issues although some sort of "play" proceeded on. Players were booted off the site, unable to find tournament lobbies, unable to retake their seats, etc. These players should be afforded the same equity considerations as those who happened to make it to the official cancelation.

Are they really refunding the actual remaining players as per the exact time they canceled the tournament? This is rash and unfair.

I agree that you should receive some kind of compensation. But as you did not qualify for anything according to the cancellation policy, it would be wrong if money was taken out of the prize pool to compensate you.

Shoot them an email - if Lock is somehow serious and customer friendly, you will receive some kind of compensation.

They "aborted" the hands I went all-in on, and blinded me out before I could reconnect. I finished I think 125th or so. There were 118 when they cancelled it I believe. Fair?!

if i knew it was going to get canceled i would have folded 88 with 4.6bb's but it seemed correct to shove. if i had folded it would have froze again and then been canceled and i would have got paid, probably. what the hell. i got 122nd.

i emailed them.

anyone who was playing when it froze the first time should be refunded something, imho

It's ridiculous if they don't at the very least reimburse those of us who were blinded out and missed hands/levels in tournaments. On top of thatI literally couldn't play a hand in the 55+5 heads up and I haven't gotten a refund for that.
