I tried funding my account yesterday via Western Union. After sending the money through Western Union, I came back to the deposit page and it had timed out. Now when I go to Step 2 of the Western Union deposit option, I need a Trace Number which I do not have. Lock states they have 24/7 customer service however, I have been sending emails, calling the 800 number, and sending more emails, with ZERO replies!!! Also, every time I try to use the "live chat" option, it redirects me to an email form. What the hell is going on?? Any information would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

You need to input the mtcn (money transfer control number) and hit submit in order to receive your money. This is in fact if you have already sent the western union to the name and location they provided then you should have received a mtcn, which Lock needs to retrieve the money you sent them.

If you don't have the mtcn then you need to call WU and get it or you will never get your money on Lock.

I have the MTCN number, but I do not have the TRACE ID NUMBER because the page timed out while I was doing the transaction with Western Union.

If you can PM or email me your Username, MTCN and name of the person you sent it to I can get this sorted for you.

Pending WU has not cancelled your deposit. They will cancel if the deposit has been pending for over 48 hours though.
