NO cash out if you received a P2P transfer! NO cash out if you received a P2P transfer!

Is he going to bet you lock $, and after he sends do you have to clear it to withdrawal?

After reading this entire thread, I'm feeling a little sick to my stomach. I back a couple of players on Lock so I've sent/received low-mid 5 figures in transfers over the last few months. I have sold off a big chunk of my Lock in the transfer thread over the last few months but still have a decent amount tied up between 3 accounts(mine, 2 horses). I'm afraid that if they(horses) transfer their stakes back to me that I will not be able to cash any of it out. This would not be a problem to me if Lock$ didn't just plummet to <.40/$1, I would just sell it off in the transfer thread and take the expected hit to get my money in a timely manner.

So my options are to sell @.35 or attempt to cash out via WU and hope they don't flag it because of transfers. About to send an email to support explaining the situation and will update here as to their reply.

This is crazy. I received $300 ONCE, about a month ago. Ran it up to 800 playing over 1,000 sngs! And they are saying i cant cashout.

I kind of always had faith in lock. But this is an absolute joke. Absolutely ridiculous. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!!!!

it was found out thru security that there was massive scheme to set the date at july 1 as date of lock closure as such all bets are and funds are froze. looks like there was a massive conspiracy to close lock by july 1st and thanx to crack security that plot has been foiled . july 2nd looks like new date. lmao jk

I'll gladly take that line. My sportsbetting has been terrible lately, an easy win like that would come in handy.

Shane, whats your advice for now.

$300 of my $800 BR was transfered. Should i request a $500 cashout, or wait?

If you dont allow ppl to cash out transferred funds, your site will cease to exist. Just have a straight line policy where you need to rake X amount to cash out a certain amt. You have a rate for clearing bonuses so there needs to be a clear process for transfers. Personally i think its BS you need a play thru requirrment for a transfer anyway but its way more ethical than just screwing over valuable customers who deposit via xfers.

It's reassuring to know that Lock is tackling this issue with the urgency it so obviously demands.

Hopefully your meeting goes better than Howard's did when he went to Dublin, but probably not... We're all screwed.

nothing to add here except I put in for a $1.2K WU withdrawal March 11 and have heard nothing. That's 7 weeks. I funded my account with a $100 player transfer. That better not have anything to do with the delay. Hoping 7 weeks is just standard.

Lol at this response. Lock epic fails. Shane just save yourself because you'll never get another job.

Wow, did the value of my Lock $ just go from .45 -1.00 to .46-1.00?

Idk if many would take that bet, but I'm sure people could come up w/ plenty of bets you stand no chance of winning, like cashing people out in a reasonable time.
Would you have taken a bet on how long your "new" software would take after the move to Revolution? Or how about if you were going to have the new processors lined up in March and speed up cashouts for higher players etc?
I imagine you wouldn't have, and had you done so we all know you would have lost a ton.
So instead of making said bets, why don't you concentrate on more excuses and cover-ups for your ridiculous site? Why don't you chase more cashouts up the line? Why don't you have a debate about economics w/ people clearly above your intelligence (mine as well) in a thread so you can make your company look even more insolvent and unable to function?

You should probably just avoid inflammatory comments like this given the current situation with the company you represent. It just makes you look like a jerk.

This is funny. You don't even have a definitive answer as to when you are meeting with them.

If it's a total ponzi scheme why not just blow a ton of players $ on bad sports bets? Snort a few 8-balls and go crazy!

don't be so sure. maybe stars will hire him and he can be ftp doug's sidekick. they'd make an awesome team.

I mean really who cares what bets Shane will and won't take.
Irrelevant and hearsay.
Doesn't help us resolve this issue any faster.

It is way more indicative of the management as a whole that a meeting didn't take place first thing last week, lets alone first thing this week.

Obviously this is not first and foremost on their agenda.

Also...It went from Shane not dealing with the issue, to security dealing with the issue, to Shane having to meet with security to deal with the issue.
So at no point did security deal with the players as Shane suggested, and now Shane needs to go to security to fix the problem and communicate with the players.

I think the one thing that remains the same in all of these cases is the abuse of the notion of 'time' and 'improvement'.

I don't even care to get into it with Shane (The way this company is run it would make it nearly impossible to make an accurate reflection without speculating in rumors and paranoia, about how Shane is doing. I also think that in it of itself is a comment on Shane, so clearly he's putting his word behind Lock, at the end of the day he'll have to live with his communications on this forum in the event of a worst case scenario.)

Shane, despite his efforts and attempts which I believe are noble, isn't going to solve our problems, he doesn't write our cheques and despite I'm sure his hardest efforts, the people who have to implement the changes clearly don't care too, or haven't figured out a satisfactory method to this point.
