Fact #2 - Lock Poker is still in business and still paying people.
Fact #3 - Some people will continue to play with Lock Poker despite these slow payouts as long as they remain in business.
Fact #4 - Some people will choose not to play with Lock Poker until such payout issues are resolved.
Facts 1 and 2 are clearly addressed in the article linked here authored by Sparky Collins.
It is up to our readers to decide whether they wish to pursue doing business with Lock Poker or not based on either of these two facts. We do not hide this information from our readers. G911 is not Fluff Magazine with their happy take on everything poker nor will we ever publish a "Sky is Falling" article when there are no facts to support such a notion.
Hope this adds clarity.
Facts. Because you say so? Facts require proof, and that pesky little thing called evidence, to back them up.
Fact. Chris Costigan makes money based on an affiliation with Lock Poker. What else needs to be said.
Fact. Chris Costigan and others from 911gambling were in France for a company party at the request of Lock CEO Jennifer Larsen,
with her even being quoted as saying that Costigan and the bunch were "the loudest, most boisterous, most drunk in attendance." Again - zero credibility and proof of at least a lack of desire to hold Lock accountable for anything.
Fact. The majority of players aren't even talking about Lock being insolvent, yet you and "Shamus O'
Shanessey" continue to refute this as if it's actually necessary. This goes to the further devaluing of public opinion on Lock in your eyes, and is simply a tactic used by people who can't provide actual data, logic, or that pesky little F-word: facts.
Fact. You referenced my cashout report - but failed to look back even to the previous day's report to notice that Neteller, on the list I compiled, never had more than 3 cashouts pending at it's height. But you made it seem like it was a feat of amazement with this line:
"Documented cases of Neteller payments over 2 months are no longer on record as of July 12, a tracking statistician using the handle of “IHasToNut” communicated via his dedicated posting forum at TwoPlusTwo." That is lazy at best, and fatally negligent at worst. If any person with half a brain saw what you actually were trying to do, they'd never read another article on your site again. (And yes Chris, that last line was an opinion.)
Fact, finale. If you were interested in facts, you would, right now, end your affiliation with Lock Poker. I'd like to see how your articles played when there was no financial stake involved.
I wasn't going to post a direct response, but you're a disgrace to the profession. We all see through you - and no one here (the largest poker forum in the world, mind you), save perhaps for Shane, believes anything you say.
