This implies there is evidence that exists that hasn't been found yet.

I've had people post in here or PM me with things that we should check to 'verify' what the community believes to be true.

Just because we haven't detailed every step we have taken doesn't mean these steps haven't been taken.

Bc even when Lock had all the evidence with Girah, and Tmay, they did a whole lot

If they werent basically forced to do something nothing would have happened with those two incidents either. This is nothing new for Lock, cheat and swindle your way to the top is their motto.

LOL this is pretty much a throw away statement because no one will ever know what you do or don't decide to investigate because you being as opaque as possible about even reporting the result of said investigation. This doesn't exactly inspire confidence, esp in light of all of Lock's well documented previous failures.

Are there any observers here who believe this could be a frame-up? I mean would anyone here even put down a dollar to win $99 that the tweet was fabricated?

It's not as if Lock needs to be worried about satisfying some external standards of due process or restraint. They don't need to worry about getting sued by a player banned on insufficient evidence or having their license revoked because of a security judgment call. The only constraints guiding their security process ought to be that it inspires confidence among their customers that they will catch and punish violations when they occur, without falsely accusing/punishing innocent parties. Failing to act here looks like it would pretty clearly fail to meet that standard.
Extremely well said Boner. Your statement is rather logical but unfortunately it makes one false assumption. Your position hinges on the assumption that Lock cares to protect the integrity of the game it offers. Considering they can't even payout ROW players in a timely manner, I'm assuming their days and nights are consumed by contemplating far more urgent concerns (from their perspective) and pursuing an issue such as this would only deplete limited, and already overtaxed, resources.

If two players are playing in the same location there is no way to know if the better player takes over the 2nd account after busting his.

I'm currently building a mouse with finger scan technology that can be read by the poker client. Won't matter though. Better player can still tell the other player what to do.

Isn't player who tweeted the one above? I can't imagine he would cheat after being such a big proponent of honest play. I wonder why they locked the thread on nvg?

no, mark isnt the one who tweeted. He just felt the need to come in here and spew his standard nonsense to throw everyone off.

Amazing that people who are multi-accounting are dumb enough to brag on twitter.
exactly this is again why I constantly complain about lock, they have so much to sort out and then they take the piss by introducing fair play technology before they've even sorted out cash outs, collusion detection and analysis, network stability etc and something as simple as having an adequate support team aka live support.

Both accounts are up and playing a full Sunday Schd.

The final table tweet should be interesting

If you are reading this thread Shane you may want to have your security team watching how those two accounts play against each other. Any indication of soft playing and you know what will hit the fan. It is actually quite fitting that this might blow up in locks face.

I just lost a flip (knocked out) by Ironmaiden in 100K and it leaves a bad feeling in my mouth.
03-17-2013 , 06:53 PM
Early this morning at about 5am I saw oldmanmoves and justfold22 play about 200 grindforglory 200$ and 300$ husng's. They went all in first hand in each one.

I'll assume this is how these rake races are being won.

Such a joke.
