Deposited with Moneygram for 800 screen tells me should have funds by 30 mins. Still no money in my acct 5 hrs later???? Plz help

Join the club....did the same yesterday and still no funds in my account. Sent messages to support, shane and rizen and nothing... :-(

I thought it would be fast because when I did a western union deposit it was immediate. I guess Moneygram is no bueno

Moneygram and WU are muy bueno. I've deposited with both. The only issue I had was an error I made. Instead of putting the last two names as the last name I put one as a middle name. Once I fixed that the funds came into my account in minutes. Just make sure you put down a first name and two last names if it's a South American country. If you know you did that. Just go to moneygram or call them and have them fix the names and do the deposit again, and it should go right through for you,

Big Props to diesel....this worked, but re-send step 2 as after doing this and it in was in my account in minutes.
