OP's name doesn't appear very "official." No spacing in the name and/or no capitalization. Obviously it isn't required, but when you're flexing your formality muscles and representing a business you'd expect more.

Sigh, lol. I WASN'T SURE OK? lol, just saw it, figured i'd look it up, saw it in shiiittons of articles mentioned like that, and thus concluded it was probably the correct term.

It would make perfect sense for a person as inept as the OP to have worked in Lock security for years.
