The rake is higher proportionally, and theoretically it would lower variance because you would play more games for the same amount of rake paid. Even the 50's have the same rake, but in theory, lower variance.

(I mean the $1 and $3 flips have even higher rake, but returns are obviously diminished due to the massive amount of volume needed to equal even the 20's)

I've flipped with him a few times. Out of boredom because a lot of games I play do not run enough at the times I play.

Not really: if i'd only play one stake, i'd be able to play much less games for close to the same time spent. Furthermore, the rake structure matters little.

I don't play any donkaments at all ever, but doesn't it only take like 2 clicks to register for the flips?

Seems like while grinding cash it would be easy to register for a half dozen flips per minute between hands.

I said Lock created a horrible environment and its not the fault of the players for taking advantage of it. However, if you don't see a problem with a promo where the 1st and 2nd place guys will have flipped between 3000 and 5000 times I don't know what to tell you. If you polled a 100 poker players, 95 would tell you that is wrong. Again its not the players fault and don't blame you for taking advantage of the situation.
