3. Will coin flip sit and go's still count for the promo?

4. If we win a package can we decide to take cash value for the package and if so how much is the cash value of the package?

Depends on how much rake you have to pay and how much the seat will be worth. Flipping all month might be worth if for some people. Really kills the value of the promotion but to each his own.

Well, the Lock site mentions the "top of the leader board" getting a ME buyin. However no mention if 5 ME buyins.
