The reason people are complaining is not because there isn't a new pay out option up and running. Its because Shane posted in the forum and said he can't release the details until March 1st. All people are asking for a simple post from Shane letting us know that things got pushed back and he will keep us updated as soon as he hears anything new with it. We all understand Shane has a lot going on that he wasn't expecting but all that takes is two seconds.

I guess. But Shane really is just a funnel of information, he helps when he can (basically added a month plus $2k to one of my bonuses awhile ago, when I'm sure he didn't have to). People trash him, but without him all we would have are generic responses from support@lockpoker.com .

I think for the most part if you really look at it the people that are bashing Shane are either people that have little to no money on lock. I can't prove that but I would say that anyone that has a good amount on lock understands that Shane does what he can. All most of us are asking is when he says something like "It's all set to go live on March 1st", we would like a post letting us know that thing got held up instead of nothing. I do understand that he is only one person but if he can't handle keep up with the sponsored forum then lock needs to get a second person to help him out. Lock needs to understand that most of their regs check this forum and come to it for information.

Never said they do just think they should. And they will understand why when most of their winning regs leave once fair play goes into affect.

As Ive stated to people privately already the initial rollout is very exclusive and will be expanded over the coming weeks.

As I said to the people that asked about its launch all I can do is put forward peoples names for consideration.

Some people have wondered why they havent had the option added already because they either have a large bankroll or they play a lot now and all I can suggest for those people is that one of those might not have been enough to be in the first group.

Shane, It is mind blowing how you repeatedly announce great things to come and then on the deadlines get hush hush about them. (New cash out methods, Fair Play Tech details) Every time you announce something good to come we never see it and then when we ask about it it's the same BS. This is why I have said that you are FOS in these threads. Not because of the new tech that's being put forth, not because of Locks slow cash out times, but because of your lack of following through with what you say your going to do. Instead of delivering what you announce you always delivery a half ass excuse in place of the original announcement. Now I understand that it's your job to spin things to appease these forums, but that doesn't make you any less FOS.

How does that mean he's FOS? He's announcing things he's being told to announce. If they don't get through afterwards, that's pretty much 0.00% his fault and 100% the people actually doing that job their fault.

Who cares what Shane knows or doesn't know. The problem is that the company he works for is incredibly amateurish and/or incompetent. Shane is either equally amateurish (which I don't necessarily think is the case but who knows) or he will eventually come to be known as such in this industry by association with his team.

Regarding the "new processing options," it should be common sense not to release any type of info in this regard without a) knowing the full mechanics of it and b) knowing when it'll be available. Teasing something such as improved cashout functions to a customer base that is desperate for them is different from say, teasing a new Rush Poker variant beta release for example.

I think it would be smart to lie if the truth (hypothetically, of course) were that they aren't segregated, have spent player funds and are using deposits to pay withdrawals and that's why payouts are so hit and miss due to the inconsistencies of people depositing, and that they have made the fair play technology change so that it would make it harder for people to win thus lowering the amount of cashouts requested then I guess it would make sense. How about that for a run on sentence? And it's all hypothetical but we're also conspiracy nutjobs.
