I requested a withdraw back in september and still have not received a MCTN or a refund. In my cashier history it shows it was accepted on october 8 but have not received the MCTN or any help from customer support. I also tried to PM Shane twice with no luck so I guess I have to start this thread so this doesn't go unnoticed. Shane please pm me about this, I really need some help here.

I am trying to build up my bankroll also. So I would like to see how the western union withdrawals are going. It seems like it's taking longer now for people to get them. Please keep us updated on when you receive yours so we can see how long it takes now. hope u hear back soon too. GL

I got my sender name/info a couple days ago but no MTCN number. Status is "Accepted." Is this normal? Does the control number come later?

Sorry I don't know. This is my first withdraw using WU.

I have the same issue with Lock Poker. I made my withdraw request 4 months ago, and same here, it says Accepted, but no MTCN number. I have sent emails upon emails upon emails and get the same response "Please be patient, it should come any day now" I feel I am getting the run around. I have deposited a lot of money and they can easily take a deposit in less than a minute but when it comes to a withdrawal they give me the run around. This is starting to get frustrating.
