Received email today saying transaction had been declined with no approval email following behind. My cashout funds have been put back into my account. Went to resubmit cashout and noticed WU withdrawals are no longer available!!! WTF!!! Sent an email to Lock asking what is going on.


update: Received response from Lock, they said everything is good. deposit was resubmitted to faster processor and they are waiting for the MTCN. However, last time I cashed out via WU I received a decline and approval email back to back, the funds were never put back into my account and it showed up on my transaction history. This time I only received a decline email, the funds were put back into my account and nothing has shown up on my transaction history. Confused

just requested WU last night. How are people checking the status in the client?

Just wait for them to send you an email saying it's declined and they resend it themselves. Then I just went into the cashier and clicked history. Check that daily and the MTCN will eventually appear at the top.

I think an account rep deleted my account on purpose for complaining. This really sucks. says my account in restricted or not valid. Can this get any worse>

Might wanted to have read a little more on the forums before tirading. Never hurts to be calm and patient dealing with any support. Simple common sense.

I cashout on the 13th of this month and still no word of when i keep getting the same emails i hate that site

It seems to be taking an average of 22 days from the date that cashouts are requested to MTCN acquired. If anyone is experiencing more than 22 days please let the rest of us know!

This is normal. I actually triggered my second request of month on 10/14 knowing I wouldn't have to pay 10% fee for having more than one in a month. Expect 16-21 days or so toget the decline/approved email

I have withdrew from WU at least 7-10 times. They seem to be taking a few days longer each time.

First off I do read dont get mad with me because i hate waiting for my money every site i played on has never took this dam long so yes it is very upsetting sorry if that disappoints u
