There are 2 issues causing a bit of chaos here.
#1. Is something thats been covered before but some people are just new too and that is the decline that leads to a new transaction. On occasion we cancel your WU cashout to push it through another WU processor for you. In these cases you will get a decline notice but then shortly after a new transaction is lodged (without the fee so you already have your refund).
#2. There seems there was a delay in this process yesterday/today and the time between the cancellation and successful transaction has been longer than usual. I woke up to an inbox of panicked players but by the time I checked their accounts the new transaction had gone through fine.
So if you get the decline and your new transaction isnt there right away dont panic, give it a few hours and if it still doesnt appear then just shoot me an
email and I can look into it for you.
