Requested 9/24, just got the decline email today - 10/13 at 12.am. I was excited cause lots of people talk about getting the decline email and then the approved email. however, all the balance of my withdrawal is in my casino... i thought i was only supposed to get 10% in there? Does that mean I was actually fully declined?

I have not confirmed my account, funded it through player transfer... (didn't know about this as it didn't prompt me when withdrawing... only realized it after I had already submitted my withdrawal). if this is the problem, shouldn't they have said this is the problem?

Is WU still showing up an option for others?

Yeah that's down, as is the Live Support option. Seems by removing WU after so many cancelled requests all they are doing is giving themselves a few extra weeks to pack their bags before everyone panics. I mailed support about mine and they tried me with the "denied so it can be resubmitted through a faster processor", and I mailed back and told them that isn't what happened unless they were in the habit of WUing money and putting it back in your account too. Then I was told that Cashier support would contact me (lol, holding my breath) but that it would be slower than regular support.

Says that updates are being worked on and that withdraw options should be up and running later.

$$$ is back in my cashier?

I'm assuming this isnt how this is suppose to work? It's my first cashout and thought it was standard to get the decline but not for the monies to be put back...

There are 2 issues causing a bit of chaos here.

#1. Is something thats been covered before but some people are just new too and that is the decline that leads to a new transaction. On occasion we cancel your WU cashout to push it through another WU processor for you. In these cases you will get a decline notice but then shortly after a new transaction is lodged (without the fee so you already have your refund).

#2. There seems there was a delay in this process yesterday/today and the time between the cancellation and successful transaction has been longer than usual. I woke up to an inbox of panicked players but by the time I checked their accounts the new transaction had gone through fine.

So if you get the decline and your new transaction isnt there right away dont panic, give it a few hours and if it still doesnt appear then just shoot me an email and I can look into it for you.

Unacceptable wait for this Western Union xfer.
Surely there must be a faster way to get a WU xfer done.
A little bit more transparency in the waiting process would help to ease suspicions.

Declined twice, then approved / no Control Number yet though. The Sender address is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen.

Just received an e-mail stating that my control number will be available in 5-7 business days??? So that would be 14 business days + 5-7 more business days, which could be more than a month? What is going on back there at lock???

I didn't get a refund tacked on, and I've already been waiting almost a month. So now I'm going to have to wait another month for no reason. ****ing great.
