Approved August 28 and still counting. Was told that WU had it on hold, that was about a week ago.

Waiting time: 37 days and counting....

Question: I had 232 and some change in my account this morning and attempted to withdraw 232 through western union. My receipt said I'd be paid out 208.8. I checked my pending withdrawals and nothing is there. In my transfer reports, it says 210 and 22 was transferred to the casino, but only 2 dollars and change is in there (for no apparent reason after I requested the withdrawal). I talked to support and they acted like they've never heard of anything like this before and said they escalated the issue to the cashier, whom I've still heard nothing from. Anyone have anything similar happen? I'd really appreciate some help here

You can't cash out your whole bankroll because they take a 10% fee. The fee will be credited back to your account once the withdraw is approved.

I see...well where is my bankroll then? Because its not in poker balance, not in casino balance, and there's no pending transaction for withdrawal

If the withdrawal is in processing, the money will not show up in your poker OR casino balance, if you want to see it in your balance, you would have to cancel the withdrawal.

I would not suggest canceling a withdrawal at this point though

You're lucky! I requested on 9/14 hoping I could get it processed before the month was over, but now almost a month and still waiting for the transaction to be approved...

Since then I haven't received any information. I emailed yesterday and was told that my issue was forwarded to the cashier manager. But haven't received a response. Pretty ridiculous. Shane or somebody....help would be appreciated.

Using my one time for a payment processor change up... I requested a WU on 9/25 and it's still under review on 10/05?

And I still swear that there's a doom switch that goes into effect while a withdraw is under review... only time I really lose and during that time I lose my @$$ to the worst of bad beats.

it make take a few more days for u to info, sometimes it shows up in cashier, sometimes I need to email to get details, but support was super fast in answering me now.

I certainly can understand the doom switch, happens to a lot of us i think.

Wow I just talked to the live help and it was laughable how unhelpful they are. I have been told for days now that they will contact me and haven't heard anything. I am starting to feel with each passing day that all of this is a scam. After the weekend it will have been 30 days since my request and nobody can give me any information. My account has been changed to where I could now deposit if I wanted but my withdrawal request seems to have just disappeared.

i would suggest all of you to email support and tell them to foward your email to the cashier department about your wu cashout, frontline support dont know squat and will just copy and paste random crap, thats what happened to me, my money was ready to be picked up for a week and support would just copy and paste telling me to wait 7-14 days more and stuff till one of them eventually forwarded my email to the cashier dep and gave me the wu details

My email was forwarded to the cashier on Monday. I have yet to hear back. If that is the solution then I am screwed.

I posted this in another thread not realizing this dedicated one was here... here is what I had to say:
How many people have had succesful cash outs via western union on Lock Poker?

I validated my account, and then request my cash out via WU with a 7-14 day estimate.

I have sent numerous emails to check the status with the same exact responses others have received:

I was approved for withdrawal about 19 days ago with no WU payments or confirmation.

I am curious - has anyone actually been paid via western union? I am getting a little nervous. This is the last time I will play Lock Poker.

Does anybody have any recommendations for other sites where we can play for real money in the US? I have heard Bodog - I might be checking them out next.

Thanks and good luck to anyone with pending payouts from Lock (more like ****) Poker.

Looking like a scam... Very discouraging.

Where else can US players play without having to wonder if they will be able to withdraw funds or not?

mine was declined today, requested on the 12th. have done at least 4 of these in the past with no problems.

actually couple minutes later i got the sender info

so requested the 12th
declined and approved - sender info but no money control number on the 5th

Well I woke up this morning and had the decline email. When I logged into lock my 10% fee has been refunded and in the history I now have the sender name and address but no control number. Can someone fill me in on where to look for this number or will it populate in the history or in an email at some point?

The MTCN will show at the top of your Cashier in the History section. Good luck!
