I x'd out my name, but it was for the player name hankypankyAA. Literally gives no reason at all why it was declined, and what recourse i have, now the funds are missing from my account, though it still says pending under the withdrawl section, any idea wtf is going on here? Please help if you see this shane.

I know this sounds wierd but declined is not bad... Mine was declined and then processed. Three days later the control number showed up. For some reason they decline it and still process it

Seems they have two ways of processing WU payouts. Some get a declined message, then receive their info a few days later. Others just get an email with their info when it is complete. Wait a few more days and your mtcn number will appear in your cashier.

Oh, that is very odd indeed, sigh... ok, it is weird that i got an email a minute later saying that it was being processed...

If it appears anywhere, it will be in your cashier history. My status never updated. I just received an email 10 days later with the pickup info.

I have one from 7/10. I don't want to sound like a dick here but want people to understand that this is just the way it is with online poker right now for US customers. You have to be prepared/accept delays.

If you haven't had an update in another week then its probably fine to start emailing for help (at least that is the time frame I'm looking at).

I requested an $1800 WU withdrawal last Friday, which was July 13th. I am not expecting to hear anything from Lock until mid-late next week, which will be two weeks later. If nothing happens by then I will let you all know.

I ended up sending Shane a PM after waiting more than a week for mine. My credit showed up in my casino balance the next day.

Kinda weird but I got a denial and then a confirmation. Good news is my cashier history shows a transaction getting kicked off. will wait patiently for the next step of it being processed.

At this point if you are a U.S. player you should just be happy that you will eventually get paid. It's hard for any site to find a quality processor because few want to take the risk of doing work with poker sites. Not because it is illegal but because if they do process transactions you can guarantee the DOJ is going to have their watchful eye over them to see if they are doing anything else wrong.

For an analogy, it's like knocking on the door of the IRS and saying I dare you to audit me. Even if you have all your records correct and aren't doing anything wrong that you know of , do you really want to get audited??

so... f*cking deal with it people. Some processors are going to fail, some will make mistakes, some will get shutdown. In almost every case that I am am aware eventually Lock makes good (and you can say the same for most of the Merge sites).

I'd also ask that you tone down all the s*it everyone gives Shane and Rizen or nobody is going to want to work on the support team. Be patient and reserve your PMs and emails for serious stuff or all the support team will end up doing is wading through a mess of small issues. Be respectful if it's possible. If you're really pissed off, go post in BBV to let out the stress.

Last comment, I'm not even playing on Lock right now cause I'm not happy with the software and SNG volume so don't call me a shill. I do expect to come back once those things improve as I expect they will.

I can't say I understand their methods, but I feel pretty confident, just went into my cashier history page, and I have a new WU section with a timestamp of today, sender name, just no MTCN.

Funnily enough, the 10% was also refunded to my account today, at the same time as the e-mails. I had put in the "notes" section of my request that this was my first withdrawal, and please refund the 10% fee. Looks like they just did it at the time!

I also never e-mailed support, Shane, or anyone else to move this thing along. I was nervous from this thread, and I had cashed out right after the 7/8 debacle, so I was afraid many others did as well.

This matches the timeline I was expecting from the other posters in this thread. I feel terrible for the unlucky ones who have been waiting months, it seems at least some people are getting their money in a reasonable amount of time. Will update when cash is in hand.

also has anyone gotten trouble getting their western union from outlets when approved? tried to cash a bcp one and the clerk said i had too many transactions recently for the same amount so it won't go through. suggested i take it to another store. wth

Fee automatically put into my account (shown $1980 transferred funds from casino and then $1800 withdrawal in history)

still waiting for my money 1 week after getting mtch. I was told it should be there once again 3 days and if its not they will do new payout. obv the money was not there and I have yet to receive another email from support or shane. its sad situation at lock these days

A few days? That would be nice. If it is like my situation, wait a few weeks. My withdrawal was accepted on July 9th.
