I am in the same boat.. Got a pretty quick withdrawal..

7/05 processing
7/17 picked up the cash WESTERN UNION

BUt I Have not gotten any reimbursement for the fee .. should be around 70 dollars. !!

but i am happy with lock even though for the last week it had me worrying a bit

Hi people im Emma im from the UK i think its about time i put my Lock poker horror Story public just so you have some idea about who your dealing with.

Ive contacted Shane Gerri Quinn Maggie Thomas Peter Harry Marcus !!
Shane and Gerri seen to be real however Maggie Quinn etc im guessing are made up names for win yung and ken pong etc.

my 1st cash out request was june 10th (they have hidden the transaction now)
After 14 days of waiting June 24th Lock poker put the withdrawal amount back into my "casino" account ??? random..

Our apologies for the delay. I'm afraid that WU are processing a bit slow right now. I would suggest requesting a withdrawal via Neteller or Moneybookers. Let us know if you'd like us to cancel your current withdrawal and we can do this for you.

Hi its coming up to a month since my 1st withdrawal request still not been paid
could you look into why it is taking 26 days + to receive my payment always have had not response from support in over a week now

Hi it is now 14 days since my withdrawl request it is not acceptable at all
you have had 10 working days to process and pay me what is owed to me
i have sent my passport etc to your "team" so i really dont understand what is with the neglectful manner in which your treating a customer

5th email to you and your support team it is now 9(working days) of waiting for your cashier manager to click a few buttons
The original reason for my withdrawl was the poor quality software the lack of customer support and the fact you paid rakeback whenever you felt like it
the 9 days withdrawl time (so Far) along with the $30 withdrawl is just the icing on the cake
Could you please get your "cashier manager" to click those few button today please im tired of dealing with your "company" now.
i totally disagree with the term "revolution gaming" waiting 4 days for email replies is hardly a "revolution"

Our Cashier Manager had informed me that they have submitted a Western Union payout for you and it will be processed within 2-7 business working days (ex. weekends). Please look out for a confirmation email from our Cashier, that will include your pickup info that you need to take to a local Western Union branch (in Nottingham). Do not forget to bring photo ID, which is necessary to release your funds.

Its complicated my billing address is different to my home address so to verify a neteller or moneybookers it would be difficult as i don't have access to my billing address to get a statement etc

All my mail comes to this address (non billing add) but ive sold this house now so really dont want to change my bank (billing address) to this 1 Western union was really the only sensible option.

my mtcn shows money as unavailable still. after I was sent to western again by support. they could have called and known it was unavailable. I hope they send it out to me today.

do you have to do the verification process to be able to us WU? im just not too keen on giving them a copy of my drivers license. all theyd need is a SS# and theyd have all they need to steal my ID

Was told 7 days ago via email that i would have my control number to pick up my money in 48 hours, 5 days after the elapsed quoted time i have no control number. I have email support 4 times in the last 5 days, and haven't recieved a reply. im getting worried. i would like to get at least a reply.

A couple questions.

I just submitted a WU withdrawal request. Where exactly in the cashier does the the "processed" message appear? Do I receive an email? I've been browsing the thread to find the answer, but If someone could summarize the process I would appreciate it.

Still waiting on my western union withdrawl requested on 7/8/12. I have emailed support a few times with no luck. Under the status it's still listed as "under review" I did email shane and he got back to me very quickly and said he would forward my request to support, though i've still heard nothing. Will keep everyone updated. At this point i don't even care if they take the 10 percent fee to be honest.

Still waiting on WU withdrawal ($1300+) requested on 7/8. Six emails, various pms to Shane. Shane replied to email and said he would contact the support team via email yesterday. About and hour later, I got an email from support stating that the cashier team was experiencing a 'minor delay', but I should expect my pickup details 'very soon' as my withdrawal has been given 'priority' status, whatever that means...

Nearly two days after being given 'priority status' and being told I should expect pickup details 'very soon' I have received .... NOTHING.

So I got no notice as far as the withdrawal went, do see a control # now, do I just go and pick it up wherever? Does it expire and I'm SOL as far as money after a certain period?

The current cash out time for WU seems to be 10-12 days. I didn't receive any updates on my withdrawal, just an email 10 days later when it was ready to pickup. I believe you have to pick up your money around where you live. You can't have New York listed as your address and try to pick it up in Vegas. I know there is an expiration, but I don't remember how long you have. If anyone else remembers, please let us know.

Just received an email at 11:45 AM stating that my WU payout has been declined.

Then received an email at 11:45 stating that Lock Poker will email me when my payout has been processed.

I login to the cashier at 12:00 and see that I know have a sender, sender address, and the status of my cashout is 'accepted', but there is no MCTN number yet. Is this normal? Seems pretty damn confusing....

Hope this is good news and not bad...
