Just recently requested a WU withdrawal and was wondering about this (I am a Jr.). Thank you for the heads up, have sent a request for a name change.

Seriously though, you must be running good with support. It has been hit or miss for me.

Works pretty nice. Once you have an online account and a WU account, you can load funds with just the mtcn. Nothing else is asked for and no forms to fill out.

Cashed out last Tuesday the 3rd. Approved following Monday the 9th, and MTCN received on Tuesday the 10th. Took exactly 1 week. I was scared that it took a while to get approved but once it was it was easy.

I withdrew on the 3rd, had it approved a few days later (I believe the 8th) but am still waiting for a mtcn number. I emailed support and this was their response after some time:


I see that you have initiated a WU withdrawal. Please look out for a confirmation email from our Cashier, that will include your pickup info that you need to take to a local Western Union branch. Do not forget to bring photo ID, which is necessary to release your funds.

Hey ny just go to the store and tell them to check and see if there is a Wu under your name for the amount you cashed out. Just ask and they'll let you know. Asap.

They didn't give you the mtcn number in the approval email??? That is very odd...

I withdrew on july 8th, 1330 dollars, am still waiting for approval but they did send me an email confirming that they had recieved my request. Now sweating the email, currently says under review in pending requests.

It doesn't help matters that the players on merge are reporting cashouts via western union in 1-3 days time with money in hand , whereas revolutions are ??

Fyi I've emailed them EVERYDAY. and they respond in a timely manner (4-6 hours) I think they are fixing their issues.

My MTCN was also not in the confirmations email, but it was in the cashier history page, worked fine from there.

Couple posts back. I got paid on the 10th, took exactly one week from cashout request to getting MTCN.

There's a ton of problems, im been reading the Lock threads, and no-one is responding to anyone, not a good sign, people saying this and that, saying site was hacked, or software issues were if they shut down the site they'll lose to much money to fix problems, just wild and rampart ideas out there, with no response from reps (that people say aren't allowed to talk about situation probably) but i've been waiting for help with WU problem for 12 days now and no refund either, so people just be careful with LOCK and prepare to wait, I here some people got there money and that's great( know 1 i know personally tho)and Not this guy in the USA.

*not blaming anybody just simply saying this is UN-acceptable, maybe they all got a bad case of the 'shingles' and are out idk( whats with all the shingles commercials in the USA nowadays)
