Had this happen to my control no. it was a 0 left off the front of my number. It's possible that you're experiencing the same problem. If you've got your ID WU can look up the information if it's on file... they don't HAVE to have the control no. Have WU look up your info and see if there is a transaction in your name in your location.

I'm from NY and when I tried to withdraw from WU with my control number it didn't work, but when I got back home it worked fine. I don't know if it was because I was out of a certain radius from my address, or because they just don't work in AZ.

Ya i tried that 6 times now and have gotten no response and no 70$ fee returned, getting pretty frustrated @ this point might just take a break form the site if they dont refund me the fee

I'm in same camp. Had one requested 6/18 and received money in hand 6/24. This one requested 6/28, Name showed up 7/2, still no control # yet. Expect it in next couple days. Has only been 1 day past how long the other one took, and it appears these WU's are getting a little bit more traffic.

In a couple of weeks I have a planned trip to Fl. Would there be an issue with me getting a WU there even though it isn't the same state I live in? I'm having the same problem. You can't collect your money if you are out of the area you requested from according to the girl at WU. I can't leave East Texas because I'm waiting on the money. Requested on 6/28 and have not heard anything. Trying to cancel the whole thing now and do P2P later.

Requested 7/3, declined email today, waiting for name and control number. Already got my fee returned. This is my first payout, this seems to be the norm but seems quick.

Lock Poker will not issue you a fee refund UNTIL your WU has been processed entirely. Which means, they won't refund you until after you have received your control #.

Withdrawal requested 6/28. No further info....no emails, no name or mtcn number in history. Looks like some of us are getting delayed a bit. Hopefully it clears up soon.

Go to your cashier then go to your history. You should see your withdrawal with the name, address, control #, date, etc... The control # seems to be coming in days after the name and address appear. I've had my withdrawal with all the info in my history since 07/02 with no control #.

Did you get the email that says declined and your fee refunded? I haven't even gotten the name yet

I got the declined e-mail, but my report shows them manually re-withdrawing the declined amount. The name and address appeared just a little while after the manual resubmission. They only took the withdrawal amount and left the fee in my account...maybe this is their way of refunding the fees...idk!?

i requested 6-28 and 7-3 it was ready for pick up. I just recently moved to hawaii and since lock doesnt have a place that says change address i just left it the same. not knowing you could only pick up money from a western union in a specific state. now im in hawaii with my money sitting back in the mainland. NOW WHAT DO I DO?
