did the WU withdraw last month - got the money.......emailed for the refund of the fee - they emailed me back saying it had been credited to my account.....since I now play on intertops I havent logged onto Lock till today - I log on and nothings there.....great site.

I received my confirmation e-mail at lunch today and loaded my western union card online with no problems. (I only cashed out 700 so it all fit on card.)

I am however still awaiting my transaction fee credited back to my account since it was the first cash out of the month.

I got my payout after one week. Lock is definitely on target right now. The only problem is when they refunded my fee back, they only gave me $18 instead of $180. I've emailed support numerous times but no response yet.

Still waiting to try loading my new card online. I know the load per day limit is $750. Can your balance on the card exceed that...ie multiple loads on separate days. The WU guy told me the max limit is 750, but details online say the limit is like 10k.

You just email support once the withdrawal goes through and the send you the refund of the fee.

I have heard from one or two people that Lock does not process Western Union to Arizona. Can one of the lock reps on here please confirm or deny this? I know that Arizona has a $450 limit on western union from individuals sending into Arizona, but does Lock simply not send Western Union to Arizona at all?

I remember reading a post from an individual from Arizona who said he attempted the withdrawal via western union, they took the money from his account, then sent him an email that they don't send to Arizona. I don't know why they would allow him to try in the first case, and take the money from his account, if they already have this policy in place....

Got the MTCN, but was given an incorrect one as it was only 8 digits. I go to WU and they tell me it should be 10 digits.


I have a feeling that Lock will sometimes finish the process incorrectly purposely to buy some time. For instance, either they will reimburse you the wrong fee amount or send you wrong control no.
