Finally got the WU withdrawl today, after a email from tech support.
Now I am just waiting for them to credit the account for a free withdrawl.

We'll see what the story is there? But I think Lock is definitely working through some **** right now.

requested on the 9th.

approved on 24th, but no info on pick up. Not on cashier page.

no email.

not in junk folder.

do i have to wait longer after it was approved?

made set withdraws before and never had any issues.

JUST ONE FOR NOW. Not bad, 10% is expensive. I guess we can look at it as 5% for those of us that do two per month. Still better than tracking down checks.

MTCN #'s just randomly appear on the history tab in the cashier after getting declined by the old processor. Keep checking there and it will most likely appear. Only other option is contacting support to find out more.

I have been trying to make a withdrawal since March 14, 2012. After countless emails with various LP representative (many with no response), I made it so far as to an email on May 24th stating that I would receive a Western Union confirmation email, which I never received.

This has been extremely frustrating, as I played religiously prior to the major LockPoker changes and had no problems. It seems as if others who made recent withdrawals have done so successfully, but I don't see anyone who has had to wait this long for a withdrawal.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So even though WU withdrawals are free once a month, you still have to pay a 10% transaction fee? Is this the case? If it is, how much on top of the 10% would it cost if I did another one this month?

No it's free. U have to pay the fee first then when u receive the cash u email support and they'll refund u the fee. U get two free cashouts a month

Apparently Shane misspoke about two free cash outs per month. Support is currently refunding one per month. He said he is looking into it.

Not sure if anyone ever addressed what a month is. Calendar or every 30 days. Anyone clarify?

Can anyone share their experience on getting the fee refunded with the recent batch of W/U withdrawals? Has anyone had their fee credited? Did you get any kind of confirmation email?

I just emailed support right after I got my confirmation e-mail and they credited the fee back to my account the next morning. Requested 6/11, received e-mail 6/23, fee back in account 6/24

Calendar, so if you received one June 30th and the next July 1st you could be reimbursed for both, but one June 1st and the other June 30th you would only get reimbursed for one.

I saw a few get credited today from players who e-mailed support requesting to be reimbursed and had CC'd me.

support got back to me and credited the account.

so I guess in general things are working, but not well. . .. which keeps the DOJ happy .. .so they feel like they are doing their job preventing the online poker devils away...

Hopefully, they will get better GRAPHICS AND AN INTERFACE THAT ROCKS. .. .

So my 2K WU Cashout was approved. I go to history section on cashier see a name and city but no control #. Seems weird you give me a name and city for sender then 2 days go by and no control number was ever added? How long does it take to get a control number after you get approved.

Can you clarify what the critical date is: Date the withdrawal is requested? Date it is processed? Date the money is picked up? Date the refund is requested?

say i just made a WU withdrawal request for a few hundred and sometime in the next day or two i want to cancel that request and switch it for a larger withdrawal amount...am i able to do so or are my previously requested funds tied up?

do i get charged with a fee/are there any negatives for me?

I have same info appearing/missing. Been not quite 2 days tho for me.
Hopefully MTCN shows up in the next day or two.
