For some reason in the changeover from Merge to Revolution, the site changed my state from NY to NJ, so the zipcode didn't match and in my history my WU currently says "denied".
Since Lock changed my state and the WU didn't work, I have no idea where my money/cashout lies. Just completely aggravating, as there isn't even a place to change an address that you VERIFY WITH THEM BY SENDING DOCUMENTATION! I had 4-5 successful cashouts before the move to revolution, but this particular situation has been frustrating, along with the generic emails back from Lock support.
