You emailed me back and said that my withdrawal was processed and that I should have received pickup info. Still haven't seen any of that info. It has been 14 days now! I have emailed you, Rizen, Emily, and support and no one has helped me! Someone needs to contact me NOW with my pickup info!

Btw guys. These withdrawals seem to be going through smoothly as did my FIRST one. But believe me after they send you one, they think they have you and they aren't as smooth anymore... Today is 14 days since my WU request and still no help from anyone concerning it...

Apparently you don't get an email...the info just appears on the cashier page. Keep checking and it will probably just show up. Hope they get all this worked out soon.

Appreciate the help. My first WU withdrawal didn't come on cashier page but from what I've been hearing I guess that's the case so I have been checking that a few times a day. Shane did write me an email and said that I should have received an email but never got it. Hope I get my money in the next day or two. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks. BTW, I doubt they'll get everything worked out. Lock has always had a terrible reputation, even when on Merge. I took my funds off of Lock before things could get even worse.

why is it that only people who complain over and over on here get speedy customer service"? i requested WU on 6/19 and i see 2 or 3 others have gotten their money from requests on that day, guess i need to harass Shane to get my money...
