I requested mine on Feb. 1, got the sender info on Apr. 23. This Saturday will be 2 months sitting on the sender info. This is beyond maddening.

pretty close to the same dates as me & when i email support i get we already told u we are having problems with payouts

are the smaller WU withdraws still going faster? i had one for $700 that only took 5 weeks in April but i did a $2k withdraw 6 weeks ago that hasn't been verified yet. Would it be better to cancel it and get it in smaller increments to get the "fast" processor?

I did a smaller cashout (<$800) request on 4/17 just to test this out. I'm still at the Requested status as of right now, just over 2 months later.

What's the going wait time between getting sender's info and the MTCN?

I've had the sender info for two months now, still no MTCN.

So after taking the nice and understanding approach in all of my emails to Lock customer service for the last 5 months, I strayed away from that in an email I sent yesterday. My email quickly forwarded to the Cashier department, and 4 hours later, I received another email from Quinn saying that my Sender Info and MTCN were in the history of my cashier. Sweet!

Well, too bad Quinn was playing another sick ****ing joke on me. This was the second time I've received the email saying that the sender info was available, and it was also the second time nothing in my history has changed. No new sender info. No Mtcn. The only sender info from my last WU withdraws.

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I'm pretty sick and ****ing tired of these thieves leading people on saying that OUR money should be ready to pick up in (insert short time period here).

$200 WU Requested 3/30, Verified 4/11, nada since then. Multiple e-mails to "support" including one to Shane (no response). Back to my thumb-twiddling.

Starting to wonder if i withdraw if i would get my money before lock goes out of business. I don't understand why someone had there's verified and they requested 2 days after mine and mine still says requested..... 4/9 nothing

did anyone else get an email saying that their wu is processed w sender info and mtcn only to look at their history and still see it at requested stage?

Just a reminder for anyone who is interested - I have started adding pending Lock cashout wait-times (2 months and up only) to the Daily Market report in the Internet Forum to help better track and show precisely what's going on.
