3 month anniversary of WU cash-out request. Still just verified. No update since April 2nd verification despite Shane's assertion that he had "chased them up for me" and multiple promises that my cash-out would be processed within time frames that have already passed.

Me to @Lock poker:
I noticed that you have been offering to look into cash outs for players that posted the Lock FB page. After being promised that my cash out would be processed within 7-14 days it is now approaching a month since my cash out request on 2-18. I am now playing on another site since you guys cannot keep your commitment to me and since it appears it will be months before I will receive what I already won. I prefer this site for many reasons but none of those reasons matter if I can't get paid when I win. My e-mail is XXXX.

Due to the fact that you guys can't deliver on your promises I have been playing exclusively on Bovada and have already built up a sufficient bankroll to start cashing out. How much do you want to bet that I receive my 3/23 check payout from them before I receive my 2/18 WU payout from you guys? Go ahead and continue taking your time paying me and you will lose me as a player permanently and lose dozens of players that I have the ability to influence.

Shane still waiting on an update. By the way, today I received the payout from Bovada via Fed Ex that I requested 13 days ago. That is the way competent companies do business and treat their customers. Meanwhile it is 2 days shy of 7 weeks on my request from you guys. Now if you were in my place and had the choice of doing business with either of these companies which one would you choose?

Shane any chance of me receiving an update on the status of my payout.? I've only been waiting 35 days since you told me you've "chased them up for me" and haven't received a response. It has been over 11 weeks I think it is reasonable for me to expect an update on the status of this payout at this point.

I really hope you get it too, But please for your own benefit don't rely on any of it!!!

Requested $1700 WU cash out on March 29. Changed from Requested to Verified on April 11th. This is only my second cash out ever. The first one was last year via check for $3000. Took just over 6 months to get. Only after I emailed Eric and Liezl directly. I didn't get to play in the WSOP last year and it looks like a repeat for this year. I was excited to see a WU option but highly regret even playing on Lock again. Just cashed $1000 from Bovado on 5-11 approved on 5-12 and should have my check by the end of this week. Looks like I have a new place to call home. Any help would be great. Leaving for Vegas on 5-28. What a shame, I will be staying at the RIO watching all the Lock pros spending my money at the WSOP where Lock Poker is a sponsor.

If you sent this entire post to lock support. They could possibly cancel this request and initiate a new one with their faster processor. Downside is that it would have to be for less than $850, but you would likely get it in less than 48 hrs, GL

lol yeah.... some in this thread have tried it out, and literally got the payout complete email with all the info in just a handful of hours.

Do you really think that, because some people in this thread received it in hours, anyone who puts in a WU under $850 is "likely" to receive it in under 2 days?

These supposed two day cashout times are also difficult to find. I sifted through the last few pages, don't see them, and am not going to look very hard.

They're also not listed in the thread going on now called "Received Cashouts," by Marcus and it seems like he looked pretty thoroughly.

Actually, just go to page 350. northkato was involved in a scenario exactly like this that I also commented on.

Very good .. I'm sure these cashouts exist. So does this mean you think that other people should expect the same if they cashout for under $850?

I requested a WU for $800 on 4/12, and a week ago they told me it was "verified." However, when I log in, it still reads "requested." So I don't really know about 2 day cashouts for less than $800.

Verified March 14th...no update, no news, no nothing. My ****ing cashier history should be replaced by a tumbleweed and a cricket chirping. It's depressing.
