Why are people that requested up to two months after the rest of us getting CIH while we are still waiting?? This disgusts me.

Grats on getting your money, but people need to understand that this does not mean anything has been turned around. It's clear that withdrawals end up with various processors and sometimes people withdraw at the end of some kind of "cycle" for a processor and end up with what appears to be an improved cashout time. It is not.

There is no improved cashout time and people should not post things that make it seem like it is. You landed on the right side of the high variance journey that is withdrawing from Lock.

Many of us are still waiting on withdrawals from January, and many people who withdraw in April will still be waiting come summer. A lucky few may withdraw on just the right day and end up with just the right processor and end up with a shorter cashout time, but this is not in any way shape or form indicate any kind of improvement. This has kind of occurrence has been seen a few times ITT over the course of the last year and can be considered dumb luck.

Yeah, and I am one of those still waiting from a January request. But it is still nice for Lock to say that for withdrawals going forward 4-5 weeks will be the new time frame, and then they actually live up to it. And to be frank, I was beginning to feel like Lock didn't give a f%#* about improving, so this is re inspiring.

LOL got really excited to see this and checked history and nothing there.

I requested on 3/25 and they took the fee out. I emailed them asking why they took the fee out and they said it was standard. Then I asked if Shane was incorrect when he told me the fee should not have been taken out, and they said "oh yes, this was a mistake, but we can't fix it."... even though my payout is still in 'requested' so it's obviously still in their system and totally capable of being fixed, yet, they opt to ignore my emails instead. I don't know which is more incompetent, Lock Poker, or computer salesmen at Best Buy.
