I've emailed Shane/Lock numerous times and have only been ignored, or told he will "look into it". At this point, I'll be shocked if I get the money.

01/06/2013 WU withdrawal still waiting for vindictive27 for $2k. It is one of the oldest to still be waiting, cashed out before and waited for a month or more, but never like this. All I need is the MTCN, and heck, I'll even PAY the 10% fee for it if it will actually just come. I continue to e-mail (nicely) with Lock and continue to get newer and newer automated answers of "next batch", "any day now", "we are putting you on the withdrawal priority list", you name it-if you've gotten the e-mail, I've already had it.

What makes no sense to me is that this is pretty much Lock's home community. They should be going out of their way to pay us so we continue to spread the word. It's people like us who encourage friends to sign-up. If you want to have a good reputation in your active community, then wouldn't you want to pay people who have been waiting for 3 months who are constantly posting here?

As soon as I get my withdrawal I promise that I will post over and over that I finally got it and that the money does actually exist and that my poker bankroll isn't just some fictitious number. I don't want the "sense" of winning, I want to actually be winning. And without getting money out, there is absolutely no winning going on.

April 6th will mark 3 months since my request. Shane, we appreciate your activity, although I'm sure many of us don't know what to make of it. We're not sure if it's just another method of delay on Lock's part or not. And with the growing number of pending withdrawals, the amount of money that Lock owes out must be tremendous, to the point where there's no way there are enough reserves. Lock isn't even lowering their Guarantee tournaments anymore, even though many of them never hit their Guarantees (meaning Lock isn't even trying to be more profitable, which is scary). You've been nice enough to e-mail me, and tell me again that you reminded them, but that's being done it seems for everyone. And yet, if there's a priority list, why haven't I been on the top? My withdrawal is from 01/06/13. Why should another player get paid out before me if his withdrawal is from February? Lock's site collects money instantly from me and cannot pay me out in less than 1/4th of a year? Why did I get passed over so many times?

Yeah, I still don't have the mtcn for a 1/19 request. I've noticed if you harass lock support and ask them to put you through their second processor, they'll sometimes do it ( for request less than 850 or 950) from there I've seen people post about getting their money in less than 48hrs.
