i really dont understand why we have to jump through hoops just to cash out our money , we can deposit almost instantly and they take our money . but we have to wait 2 months min. to cash out . this is ridiculous , esp when other sites can do WU's in 2-7 days. So i can sit on their site and grind 12 hour days and feed their rake but they cant even take care of their players? wtf man

I have sent about 8 emails, they all got responses except one, and they all say something like "sorry"... it will be completed soon... etc... Shane what is the deal with the faster withdraw times you've been promoting? I've been waiting since 1/14 and I still don't have sender or mtcn!

It took over a month just to get verified.

It is a WU max withdraw but almost two months and no sender info or mtcn is beyond ridiculous.

For over 2 months I've been kind and curdious towards Locks employees while they have repeatedly ignored my request to pay me 2k. Lock ties up 2k of my money for two months and all they do is consistently fail to respond. I'm a real player that has won over 16k but has never been paid 1 cent from this company. I've had to sell off most of the money from Lock for .70 cents on the dollar because they have shown no intentions of ever paying me. I quit playing on Lock and will never play again on that bogus site. Shane has failed to respond to any emails I've sent him in regards to my withdraw. The entire company is being ran by negligent and incompetent people who only care about their own bottom line. I highly recommend that nobody deposits anything on this site because the likely hood of you getting money out is very slim. Every person that I brought to Lock has now quit playing there as well because none of them has been paid either. So Lock is either paying people to post false info on 2p2 or they pick and choose who they are paying out. I personally know of no one that has Recieved the money they are owed from Lock. I'm not calling anyone on two plus two out and have no qualms with the forum at all, I'm just saying that of the several people I know personally that Lock owes money none have been paid. It's sad that I have to rant on this forum to try and get a response from this poor excuse for a company! Something has to change. Either Lock starts paying or people need to abandon ship but kissing their ass is no longer an option. I'd rather write of the money than suck up to these negligent idiots anymore.

Truth is, depending on the cashout method, 2 months is realistic for anyone withdrawing right now. It doesn't need to mean they're not going to pay you. I much doubt they're paying that many people to say anything on 2+2.. I know i've cashed out multiple times at least, each one was over a month through Skrill, up till around 55 days though.. it's bad, but i don't believe they're scamming you.

I know people that have requested in December that haven't been paid. Like I said its the non response that pisses me off. They are more concerned with things that are meaningless in my opinion. Who gives a **** about the ecology if you can't get paid what's owed to you. Congrats on getting paid I wish I could share your inthusiasm!!

I'm trying to make my first Lock withdrawal and getting pretty nervous after reading all of this.

2/12/2013 - Requested $2000 WU withdrawal

2/13/2013 - Emailed lock support and asked about the status of the withdrawal. I received a response very quickly stating that it would take 7-14 business days to process.

Checked the status every day for about 3 weeks with no change.

3/04/2013 - Today is exactly 14 business days since I requested payout. I was determined to at least wait that long before I freak out and start ranting. I signed in to the cashier this morning to check on the status and when I click on "withdraw", I see that there is no longer a pending withdrawal. At first I think "Oh, it must have gone through". I see that my available balance is $2000 less, yet there is no confirmation that the transaction ever existed. I don't have a transaction number or anything. My last email from them says that I'll receive an email with a confirmation number and name after the withdrawal has been processed, but I haven't received anything. I email lock support and get one of the vague canned responses that I've read so much about on threads like this one:

Thank you for your email. Please rest assured it will be fully processed as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we have no definitive time frame at present. As soon as it is completed our cashier department will contact you direct with all necessary details.

This is absurd. I'm not even bitching about the timeframe, but I just can't believe that anyone would run a business this way. To tell a customer inquiring about a $2000 transaction "we have no information for you but don't worry about it, everything's fine" is insane. I'll keep you posted, but at this point I'd caution anyone against putting any money on this site. I'm pretty bummed. I have about 17k on there that I'll probably never see. Anyone have any advice?

My story is identical to 4barelledjoe, 7 weeks ago I deposited $60 on lock and binked the Sunday 100k for 18k. I have not seen a .01 come off of the site from locks cashier dept. Most of the $ I have gotten has been through selling @ .70 to the $1.00. I have requested a 2k western union withdrawal but haven't heard anything. Through numerous email to support and Shane no one gets back to me. Ohhhh well I will just continue to sell it at discounted prices..

The max you will be able to get off (if USA) player is $2K -- which will take 5-8 weeks (per transaction). It will take you approximately 1+ year to get all your money off... Unsure how to get multiple requests, like W/U then when that is approve, request Check.

The only way you will see much money in any reasonable time frame is selling in the market place. The down side is, those funds are going around .60-.65/1.00. You will probably see that drop to .55/1.00... No one really wants LOCK money because the site & owner are so scummy/shady and cannot be trusted, its obvious LOCK has serious cash flow problems.

LOCK doesn't want players to take funds off the site, they need you to keep your money on the site as long as possible. They just introduced the (un)Fair Play Technology which is more of a money grab...
