Considering this is probably the best its going to get and I full expect it to get worst from here. I'm not impressed.

What do you base this on? This is an improvement. It was from 2-3 months a little while ago.

This is the first WU from lock that will have been over a month. Since their network launch in June, I received a WU monthly at a consistent 2-3 weeks, up until December when it ceased to be an option.
I can see how people new to lock would see these times as an improvement given how last year ended, but its more like a rebound.

I know a large group of friends still waiting on their MTCN from 12/31 including myself. I know one person (who hasn't posted) that did recieve their MTCN from a 12/31 transaction.

I would say a better approach would be for those who actually do recieve a new MTCN to post here (instead of spending their time spending the money, please post that you received it)

lol, I considered all of these things also. But it doesn't make sense for me, both my first and last name start with high letters, and I requested at 10:30 in the morning.

Requested wu w/d on 1/14. Did three live chats and first two people told me 14 business days. Third one was on the 14th business day and simply said he apologizes and it would be processed soon. It's 2/3 and still nothing and status is still in requested. Live chat gentlemen said he can no longer reply to me about this cash out. What is going on?

I emailed this afternoon about my 12/31 asking why some people have an MTCN already and I don't. Got this back 5 mins later:

"Your withdrawal is on track and will be with you very soon. Thank you for your patience to date. We will have a resolution for you shortly."
