I don't even have a pending payout due and I was aware of that.

It sucks...no doubt. I for one am getting a shade tired of the rhetoric used, as it is disingenuous to say the least. But there was a reason, and from what I remember, it was explained.
To also expand on this, processors are known to be very shady and process for a while and then run with the money at the end. I'm not saying this is the case but could very well be the case. Lock maybe trying to locate the money from this processor right now if that is the case. In the end lock would be responsible for the money, but that's what could be the hold up. If your want to listen to a good interview about how processing works and how shady it can be listen to this interview with Chad Elie, a former payment processor for full tilt and stars.

Yeah, I think its pretty obvious that a payment processor boned them.

I have a $2,500 check pending, and I want to withdraw an additional $2,000 thru WU. Last time I did this I think I got charged $200 and don't know why. Thought I am supposed to have free WU once per mo.
Make you sure don't request in the same caldendar month and email support and ask about it.

Wow, very interesting!

Pretty worrisome, to be honest, all signs do point to something similar possibly going on with Lock's payment processor?

I had a pending WU withdrawal last month, and the client allowed me to process another withdrawal while the first one was pending. About a week later I had 2200 returned to my account, which I assumed to be the second effort.

I did this again about a week later while the first one was still pending. As always, 2200 was immediately debited from my account and I received an email confirming the request.

Fast forward a couple weeks, I receive the MTCN number, collect my money, and email Lock to confirm that my second request is pending. They confirm there is, even sending an email directly stating there is.

A few days later I check in on the pending request, and lock tells me that I have no pending requests. Some back and forth follows, but the bottom line is that 2200 was taken from my account, never returned, and I have no pending withdrawals. Shane responded quickly to a first email, but now I have heard nothing from either Shane or Lock support (literally not responding to emails from me now). I wrote out a full, detailed timeline of the transactions for everyone, and yet haven't even heard if they have begun to examine the situation.

Anyone have any ideas/similar situations? At a complete loss, no idea where to go with this. Pretty fed up with this site.

Honestly no idea, haven't heard of this one before, but i can easily see it happening. Stuff vanishes etc. all the time at Lock poker to be honest (e.g. previous cases with tourney tickets). I done 2 cashouts at once before aswell (even right now i have 2 going at the same time) while officially, you're not even supposed to have 2 up because one is supposed to be processed before you can ask for the next.

Lol yep thank you for posting that link. I think Im officially the longest wait for my money on western union. Looks like its going to be a long list. Its that long already and its only been a day. GG.

BTW word of advice to all who is missing money or tickets.
1. Print off Your invoice and print out account balance time to time so then when it goes missing you have proof and the site will get bad rep.

2. Lock changed the Ticket option that you win to auto register you to the tournament if there's one that day. Just thought you all should know because I found out luckily when I left on lock on my computer. I was surprised and many others we're afk from tourney at first. This is what I noticed a few months ago.
If im wrong then im sorry for wrong info but this is what happened to me.( The tourney i won ticket for was a daily tourney not a one time tourney. )

Completely agree with this one, and it's what i did aswell with my Skrill cashouts: screenshotted them in my history. I've said it time and time again: i've always seen everyone eventually get paid, so for the most part i do still trust Lock to keep up to this, but let's face it, 30 day+ cashout times are not normal and should be treated as such.

Argggggggggggggggggggg. Others who are still waiting on the WU option to return: Do you think we should bite the bullet and request a check, or continue to wait?

I was wondering the same thing.

I put $3,000 request in for a check? Why? Well maybe the check system improves, if not, and Wu comes back soon, I'll just cancel that cash out and request WU again. But I might as well leave it there processing for the couple weeks.

So i have been going back and forth with support for about 50 days now. I requested my initial payout in october. It was finally accepted on november 8th and i recieved senders address an name. I head to my cashier today only to find out its gone. No record of a withdrawl and it hasn't been credited back to me. What should i do. Shane help!

Kevo, who knows that might be a good sign, I'd email Shane or email support about it.

honestly, for us little people, just tryin to build up a bankroll, all these LOck threads are soo discouraging. I dont really understand why theres not more response on whats really going on with the site now seemms like the LOck reps shoild be here more and say whats this all ab out now.

It's been 30 days since it was accepted. The cashier updates every 30 days. It says it at the top in relatively small font for future reference. At least that's my guess.

couldn't agree more, the lack of communication is unreal.

Honestly i read 2 much and look into things very much like im diggin for information. Ive noticed everyone who is 30+ days got accepted with wu nov 16 and back to the 12th have not recieved funds. This was when they told me they sent it to new processor and i got approved 11/14
Now base doff this info and the problems with mid october to early november our funds were declined around 7th of november and resubmitted to new cashier that took them a few days to find which was on the 12th.
Now to the point, late nov approvals and on received swift cashout times.
Due to this information It lead me to believe lock has the money and got screwed over not once but two times by two different processors.

Now it seems they are starting from bottom oct and up to pay the players.
So this has lead me to believe,
1. Western Union is shut down because they are broke and want to stay loyal to their customers and make sure they pay off everyone day by day thru the money they earn back from site since processors ran off with their money.
2. Yes check is still allowed but to deceive us from the truth. Plus checks take forever to get done and they know most would wait for WU to be back up and not wait on a check.
3. We will get paid when they make the money back.
everyone 15th of oct and under are paid off. So when im paid off i will check my info with others to see if later dates were paid

THIS IS NOT BASHING LOCK POKER IT IS ALL THEORY AND CREATIVE THINKING.
THIS LONG THOUGHT OUT THEORY WAS TO MAYBE CLEAR OTHERS MINDS ABOUT WHATS GOIN ON AND I HAVE YET TO PROVE MYSELF WRONG

Everyone should understand that there are times in life and business when youre damned if you do and damned if you dont. IF popular speculation is true, and they were jerked off by one of their processors, they have two options: 1. say nothing and have confused players or 2. tell us players that the people they hired to handle our funds were untrustworthy or incompetent and in result scare everyone from depositing, leaving money on the site, and wanting to play there which would make the site completely incapable of making that money back and paying it out..Which would you do? Which would you want them to do? Sometimes its in everyone's best interest to say nothing. I dont know if this is the case, but its something to think about.

Exactly, but I said something because if there was known reason that the avg person could understand their clientele would slowly dissipate. i thought of not saying anything but lock is getting bad rep for not doing so. So in return I figured it was more helpful and more people would understand in the future and now. They are doing the right thing by removing WU until they are caught up. This alone is enough to keep the trust of their players. I want the heat off their backs from hate email and concentrate on continue making things right. They have shown they will fix what happened and do the right thing.

I was speaking on Lock being silent not the players(or u).
