denied 11/7 funds put back into account and submit to new cashier
was told on 11/7 from support that they are just waiting on MTCN 5-7 business days
11/9 emailed cashier support andas of today funds are still in account after being told on 11/9 that they will be resubmitted within 24 hours and would take 5-7 business days lol? Thought it was already resubmitted and just waiting on MTCN? Im so being lied 2 hardcore. SLOPPY
5 days later funds still in account. emailed cashier and Shane. Its my bday wanted to blow the money LOL still no replies yet ill keep you all posted.

10/27 WU withdrawal requested

I am not sure what to do from here. Should I just leave it in the cashier or should I submit another withdrawal request. From what I read on these forums the first 14 "business" days is the gauge the desperation of the customer. If 14 "business" days pass and withdrawal has NOT been cancelled then Lock will start processing the WU withdrawal, if at all. So, with all the estimates on here a 1 month withdrawal time if we are lucky? Probably explains why people like me do not play the high stakes tournaments...... which in turn leaves the GTD tournaments underfunded like Sunday 11/11 (70K & 100K).

Lock, where your fund are Locked indeed -_-

One can only speculate why they're having so much issues with this.. one would start thinking they indeed really do have liquidity problems or whatever. How can processing withdrawals otherwise get so backlogged without ever hiring someone extra to get it all sorted out? :s

After an e mail to support money was pushed through- 11/8 (but the sender info didn't show, it just showed that it had been processed)

Email sent to Shane but no response- 11/ 10

Sender info showed up in history- 11/13

I think this happens after you make a withdrawal and it comes back at some point? Others have posted similar situation in the thread. Try searching this thread. If it doesn't come back at some point I'd email support.

IS this true about there being there be NO MORE WU WITHDRAWEL OPTION??? I hope not,, its the only reason i still play at lock tho, so really hoping this isnt true now. hope people post updates to this too soon.
