Lock WU Withdraw Lock WU Withdraw

LOL..... the more I google Lock Poker the more of a POS site it appears to be. They think that if they hold on to someone's money long enough, out of desperation they will cancel the withdrawal request and lose it at the tables. 14 business days are 18 calendar days. But CSreps at Lock seem to be horrendous at counting. I submitted a WU request on 10/27..... Lets see when the *** I get CIH. A cash out is supposed to be a pleasant windfall but Lock takes so long you feel lucky if you ever cash out. Please explain how you manage to maintain a customer base by keeping your customers miserable......if this business plan actually works it is on par with Apple's. Damn I miss fulltilt and pokerstars.

Hmmm Fulltilt was horrendous on payouts, lets not forget that, these guys actually have full tilt beat by a mile, agreed I wish it would run better, and if u need a question answered by Fulltilt on a withdraw, that was never going to happen. jus saying

lol what are you talking about

FT withdraws were the nuts. had a check in my hand in less than 5 days. i heard customer service was bad, but not for me, they responded within the hour and have been very good to me.

it was well known that FT was horrible in this, wish their forum was still up and could point this to u, If u got your check in 5 days u were one in the very few who did, I played their for years and cashed constantly and everyone took forever. And again their support team on this, well, Now their bank transfer did work OK, but the limits changed every other week on this.

Can anyone tell me how a WU withdrawal works? Will I get something in the mail that I need to bring in and redeem at a branch? Sorry for the stupid question but I have looked around and can't quite figure it out!

Same here! Thank Jesus.

Guys, please don't show the senders name if you're trying to get your money faster. How do you not understand this?
11-10-2012 , 05:47 PM
Requested 10/9
Declined/Accepted 10/29
Sender info 11/1
E-mailed Shane 11/10 2am
MTCN, Cash in hand ($1000) 11/10 3pm

Total: 32 days.

This is a bit longer than I'd have liked for the MTCN, and not sure if e-mailing Shane had anything to do with it getting moved along, but I am satisfied with the timeframe.

People, please understand and plan for the fact that what's going on here with WU is not exactly legal. There will be hiccups, delays, disappointments, etc. Plan for 8 weeks and you will not often be dissappointed. It says "14 business days," and they should shoot for that, but just plan your cashout(s) with more time than expected so you aren't freaking out over normal delays in this climate.

Here is my experience with lock wu....

Req 10/4
Declined 10/14 due to an error
Re submitted on 10/14 like lock support advised me to do
Accepted/declined 11/2
Sender info on 11/4 waiting on MTCN
Got on 2p2 this morning and saw a bunch of ppl got MTCNs but not me...
Wu status failed on 11/10... 36 days and now the money has been put back in my account with no notice or explanation as to why it failed.
11-10-2012 , 06:22 PM
I must be in the next batch since I cashed mine out 10/24.....17 days and nothing yet...not even declined/accepted

Yeah, you got your money, so I would be saying that too...if you didn't you wouldn't be writing a "calm down everyone" post

Actually, I would take great comfort in the fact that people are getting paid, and getting paid recently. Why would they pay me and not you?

You'll get your money, same as I did. Though the process isn't ideal, everyone is getting paid as far as I can tell. This is the price we pay playing in the US. If you don't like it, why did you deposit at all?

As I said in the above post, the wait time wasn't "awesome," but it was (in my opinion) acceptable given the climate. If you disagree, I suggest you move to Canada or stop playing online.

Edit: Given your situation, I will concede that I would probably be extremely annoyed if I waited 30 days only to get a "failed" message, and had the potential for another 30 day wait on my hands. I would suggest to you that if you haven't already, send a calm e-mail to Shane explaining what's happened. He has been very helpful to me on a couple of occasions, and he may be able to help you as well.

Are w/u fees not being charged anymore on the first withdrawal? Last two instances where Ive requested my fee refund I was told the fee was not applied in the first place? Is this official policy now or just a flukey thing that could go either way?
