Unfortunately I don't have any positive updates here. I received an e-mail monday morning saying a manager would look into my situation. I replied to support thanking them, and asking them to please keep me updated. 72 hours later, i've heard nothing back, and my cashout is still "In Progress".
It has been nearly 3 weeks since I requested my WU withdrawal. I really don't understand the hold up here. As far as I understand, it's been approved on Lock's end, and they are just waiting for WU to process it. Isn't there a hotline they can call or something to figure out what's going on? I thought WU was supposed to be pretty straight forward?
