Decline message is good -- Just wait, leave the money in the casino, It will disappear. Now in your cashier click history and under 'western union withdrawals' it will eventually show the name/info(approx 1-2 days) and finally the MTCN usually within 5-7 days

Anyone else having trouble with W/U reimbursement emails. Last couple times the support seems to misunderstand which withdrawal I am requesting a refund for, even though I explicitly give the date of processing with my request. Then I am sometimes told that the fee was automatically refunded when the transaction was processed, although I am not sure I understand Lock's accounting ledger well enough to verify this.

Maybe, good for you, but the only thing that matters to me is the mctn number. Personally I think all this other decline approved blah blah blah nuther supposedly quicker processor blah blah stall tactics.

Wtf does that even mean? Ugh

I've won another $600 since then, so now I'd like to just get it ALL ($1100+) out of Lock Poker. Sick of dealing with this

Lock maybe slow at times but don't think there has been 1 person who hasn't eventually gotten paid.

Mine are always automatically put back into my account when they are approved.

Just track your account balance after every session (good to do anyways for your records)

You're sick of dealing with a 6 day old cashout? Anyway it means its going to a different processor and that it will be accepted. Look in your cashier, History tab and the WU info will show up soon. Lately WU cashouts have been taking 3-4 weeks. However, I requested one on 11/20, was accepted on 11/28, now just waiting for the MTCN# so things may be going a little faster now.

I spoke with live chat on my declined Western Union withdrawal and got this

"The payout was declined and resubmitted via a faster processor, sorry for any confusion caused. I see that we are just waiting for Western Union to provide us with your MTCN. This should be available within 5-7 business days. Once available, it will be posted in the History section of your Cashier, https://cashier.lockpoker.eu/history Also we did not charge a fee for this Western Union payout. Please go to the History section of your Cashier to confirm and note that the Fee column is $0.00, "



So, I guess I'll wait for this $500 to get approved.... then in December do another withdrawal since you get 1 per month with no fees apparently?

A few of us have spoken with a Live Chat representative and were told Western Union is down as part of the cashier update. They said it should be back up within 48 hours (about 60-72 hours ago), so hopefully its back up soon.
