most of these WU withdraws seem like they take about a month. isnt that the standard? if i can get my money within a month, im not complaining. or is it because WU took about 2 weeks before?

Requested 10/14/2012
Approved 11/3/2012
MTCN # 11/16/2012
CIH 11/16/2012

I have withdrawn twice and no problems either time. Be patient and understand it will take about one month. Not ideal, but neither are US laws regarding online poker.

Odd thing is, EU withdrawals are taking equally long.

It's funny to me that someone who requested in November gets their sender info before mine and I'm mid-late October for my request

Sent email to Shane still no response. Very disappointed.
Well, I just checked my cashier history and my WU request on Oct 1st is all but disappeared with the 2000$ I requested. Now I'm short 2k and a missing WU cashout. I haven't heard anything from Shane as if I don't exist. Super disappointed and don't know what to do.

Where it says sender name on the lock cashier for ur WU payout...there is three names. They are giving me grief about which one is which in order to get my payout.

So if it says:

Xxxxxx, xxxxxx
Xxxxx

Which on is the first, middle and last name?

last name, first name middle name

Is there any sort of recepit for requested cashouts in the cashier or history? I just requested a WU w/d and go the email confirming my request but I dont see any recepit or even history of the $2k xfer out at all. I'm not to worried about it atm, but obviously would feel better if there was history documented somewhere.

Request a withdrawal for $1. It will say you have a pending request, and you can view pending requests, or cancel them.

Funny but i'm not complaining. Saves me $20 on a $2k cashout request
This post makes no sense. You're wierd bro. Good understanding of the math lol.

How about they dont think that way and they just put 1% back in your account like the initial post said. you my friend are over thinking irrationally.

Lock Communication is a joke and payouts are very worrisome with all the horror stories. For that reason:

If anyone wants to report Lock Poker to the FBI's cybercrime (iC3) division, I have just submitted a complaint. Will keep everyone posted if I hear back.

Great idea. Why don't you get the DOJ involved too? Maybe they can take steps to shut down online poker.

Idiot!

You couldn't have expected to get positive response from this, you're indeed ruining things for others possibly. However, i do think Lock kind of brings stuff like this onto itself indeed because of the way they handle support and cashouts.

This can't possibly be helpful with facilitating communication, payouts, or online poker in general. The situation we are dealing with since BF is a result of the involvement of the US government. Whether you are not smart enough to see that or you are just trolling, I'm not sure, but there is always the chance that other people will read your post and think it is a good idea without thinking about the ramifications of their actions.

Situation for Lock poker is same for EU players, it really hasn't got anything to do with US situation. The cashouts for EU are equally slow as US, so it's really just them failing on a service level.

I respectfully disagree. The involvement of DOJ makes it harder to find processors willing to do business (or easily doing business). This in turn hurts everyone as the cost of processing and delays go up. Bad support doesn't help either but our major issues are due to processors and other things

Back to the WU thread

I've now done 7 of these successfully in the past 5 months. My latest one did drag out to 31 days though. I have two pending (cause you can invoke a new one once a current one gets accepted)
