I reached white tier yesterday and expected to get an email or at least access to the vault or somekind of pop up stating that I reached that tier with directions. However, nothing happens and no changes are visible. I emailed support but of course have not heard back yet (2 to 3 days seems to be the avg response time). Any suggestions? Am I supposed to click on something to activate the process??

all you have to do is click on player admin and click on vault and it will take you through the steps, on setting up a Pin and question to access the vault.

Tried to do that already and I keep getting this response:
You don't yet qualify for a vault

It's doing the same thing to me. Can't get any access to vault even after I achieved white VIP status two days ago. Also, I have not been getting any rakebacks..There might be some kind of connection?

It takes a day or so..just like with anything on LOCK..no notifications or emails..it just kicks in..apparently when someone randomly notices it..as I didn't send any emails about mine..the vault's pretty cool..there's some kinda tiny rakeback they put in there..plus I'm putting $10 a day in there as a back up in case I blow my bankroll..$300/month..or for a tourn series.

It finally kicked in today. I was surprised not to get any email or pop up. But at least it's activated. I guess it just takes about 36 to 48 hrs to activate.
