while not perfect by far..i have to post that i have been getting responses (not generic) in emails and have been issued refunds for tournies i emailed em about..and the refunds are credited to my account..figure for all the bashing i should at least post when something positive happens also

The support guys have been working really hard to turn things around, its nice to see the rewards of their efforts in here. I will be sure to pass on the praise.

I'm getting responses back to quick, good job support, even though it's not the answer I want, just my 300 back that mysteriously disappeared out of my account.

I just got emailed back an answer in under 20 minutes. Wow. I honestly didn't think you would be able do it but you just earned my deposit Lock. Keep up the good work.

First, great news!

Second, what the hell am I doing wrong? I emailed support several days ago about my Neteller withdrawal that is taking more than 2 weeks now. No response.

I also emailed Shane in this matter some days ago. No response either...

So what am I doing wrong?

Email them again imo. I don't think they had support under control 2 weeks ago. No way they will be able to go back and answer the old stuff.

Well....I'm thinking there IS a way that they would be ABLE to do that. They just aren't going to.

Agree that they are getting WAY better though so am happy about that. Still weird how some of the emails just seem to get "lost" by them and never at all responded to though. It's email. How are they losing so many of them? Well, hopefully that is kind of done with moving forward.

I received a support answer several hours after posting in here and my money arrived some minutes ago. Coincident? Maybe...

Good thing is that it happened. Shane released a statement in the ROW cashout thread, support response times seem to improve. I hope they keep it up.

Support has been getting better for sure. Although not great, if you send a few emails and cc Shane as well, you will get a response in a pretty timely manner. Keep up the improved support Lock and hopefully the site will continue to grow.
