I see none either. If the 150 and 200 afternoon tournies are pulled permanently, I don't see a reason to log on to only play the laughable 3k 109.

wow i sure hope this is not permanent im not playing today but this is def messed up. looks like instead of the $200 deepstack they have a 30r and i still see the 50r but the 109 at 7 PM est is gone the 162 5K is gone and the high roller gone to WTF

I do see the 100 8k and 50R tonight. No HR tho.

If I remember correctly a few of those tournies pulled weren't making their guarantees consistently, the 200 and 150.

The network has made some sweeping changes to the tournament schedule to reduce overlays for the smaller partners.

To combat this we are working on a Lock exclusive schedule to get more tournaments for our players.

I will have the details on the new tournaments shortly just waiting for the full details to come through.

Interpreted as:

We are trying yet again to force players to play on Lock where they can't cash out in a reasonable amount of time or for less than half price.

Actually this was the rooms which you constantly proclaiming to be the best places to play complaining they couldn't afford to support the existing tournament schedule causing the network to immediately slash tournaments.


It makes no sense to us either, we weren't included in this process in any way the changes were just suddenly sprung on us.

We are working fast to get some value back into the schedule, the Lock exclusive tournaments will be a truer reflection of what we thing the tournament schedule should look like.

The new daily high roller is a $200 5k guarantee from what i understand? Joke.

Notice how when Lock had the 109 10k a couple weeks ago, it overlayed here and there. Now that they reduced the guarantee to 8k, they only get 60-some entrants and it overlays everyday. Pretty soon it will be the 109 6k.

You could've kept all your big tournaments and held traffic high if you had a good satellite structure to your big tournies. Instead of a nonexistent one.

The $215 has always met the guarantee since it was reduced to 12k from 15k. Lol removing all the good tournaments. What's the point of playing here? Guess I'll just play the majors on Sunday now.

The 109 10k had a huuuuuge overlay for weeks until they changed it. Traffic has dropped considerably and they have too change gtds to reflect that. Looks like Fairplay is hurting tournament numbers also.

I dont know how i feel about these "lock only" tournaments. Seems like a pretty bad sign.

Another Friday surprise, as if it is done just before the weekend for a reason.

As I admire the Lock selling price dropping below 50 cents on the dollar (which should be reflected in the guarantees in a way), I cannot help but wonder how much Lock owes Cake (in their monthly settlements between skins), which has caused Cake to try all of these desperate attempts to somehow save Lock with these changes.

Wonder what Cake will do when Lock money starts selling for 25 cents on the dollar or less - perhaps create lock only play money tables. Oh wait, that will be all tables at that point...

Do people still believe "Fair Play" had anything to do with protecting weak players at this point given that all Lock players have access to all tables and only the other skins have tiers now (seemingly 2 as of now, though it always seems to change).

Cake can do everyone a favor by just separating Lock totally to try to get paid before eventually realizing they picked the wrong company to work with as a partner.

At least whenever this ends this will likely be the last network Lock destroys by being part of it. Cake made a very bad choice.... it happens,but now they are compounding it by compromising themselves and the other skins in a -EV play to get out of it. If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.
