Glad you made it a priority...3 months later and it still isn't fixed.
Be honest, do you really have a dev staff? I haven't seen any changes since June. And that was just the ability to save our filters.

I'm US player and sick of paying 20% vig on selling any funds over 2k a month. Lower playthrough requirements and speed up Non US cashouts.

Can you look into cleaning up some of the cheating please... got a few issues like the obvious bots, players that received bans on Merge network for collusion that were allowed to open an account on the new network and somewhere to make new reports of suspicious activity.

This would help, and will give you a new one to check out please;

There are so many things lock needs , I mean too many to count. Lets start with just a couple.
A. how bout a lobby balance , instead of having to go into cashier every time.
B. How bout when you cash in a tournament , You let us know how much we just cashed for.
C. Rebuys??? Need I really explain that one. IM SURE ALL OF THESE HAVE BEEN TALKED ABOUT IN THIS THREAD.JUST BLOWN AWAY ON THIS SOFTWARE. Reminds me of old bodog..lol

Is there a way to accurately see your VIP status and progression? I make 100s of dollars in rake per month but I never seem to achieve any VIP or access to my vault, and support is extremely vague when I ask them about it.

pretty annoying that the 16k aussie millions satellite changed to just a winner take all $200 sng. first week it guarantees a package i get 3rd for nothing then when i win its just a sng scoop. Also the bounty tourneys on sunday used to have like 10-15 bounties, there have been 2-4 the past month. just saw the $500 changed from a 80k to 70k guarantee, taking even more money away from the players. real sheisty stuff going on

Can you change the Lock Lotto to be based on amount rake not VIP points? VIP points are heavily skewed to favor full ring and tourney players. Those of us that play short handed games have to rake 1.5-2x the amount just to qualify for the same levels.

I'm not sure if anybody said this yet but as a someone that is trying to build up a bankroll and lovessss heads-up I think it would be awesome to have 5c/10c and even 2c/4c heads up in both hold em, and PLO. I'm sure others would really like this too, I would absolutely love to see this!

I would also really like some more smaller buy in bigger GTD's, either that or a slower structure for some of the smaller RB's

Please implement the ability to (filter) remove Hyper HU SNG's.

You can keyword them in (if you play them) by simply entering 'hyper,' however you can't remove them from the lobby if you want to play NON hyper format HU SNG. If you sit multiple stakes the lobby becomes a disaster when you factor in the new Double Agent games.

I would love to see a 4 Man Heads Up sit-and-go, where the winner takes all. Currently both first and second win money. I loved playing these when I could play on stars, winner take all style is much better in my opinion.
